Terrible place, save yourself and your money. Defective product, lack of accountability, over charged, flippant and the worse service we've ever received.
We purchased a $12K (you read that right) table & chair set, which had to be made. Instead of the 3 months we were told, it ended up being a 9 month wait. When the table/ chairs finally arrived, the service folks brought them in and that was it. There was no follow up, no other communication, nothing...silence and crickets from their store managers and customer service. Not one person from their store inquired how everything was, if the delivery was alright, was the product alright.. seriously no feedback, no inquiries. Turns out the table wasn't what we wanted or thought we ordered. There were many defects throughout both items, including the 6 chairs. We figured we waited so long, and as fire survivors with little to our name, we just tried to take this in stride and move forward with what we had. The table doesn't retract easily like the floor model did and it's an entirely different mechanism than what we wanted and were told we would get. Fast forward a year and we are shocked at the poor quality of the material used, the lack of accountability shows explicitly now that the chairs are already falling apart with no easy way to repair. The backs have loosened up and the screws are stripped. We are astounded how easily dings and nicks are so visible with simply everyday general and easy use. It's just my husband any myself, so no kids or other destroying factors to the table and chairs.
I'm so disgusted by this company and store, I will not set foot back in there any longer. They had other pieces we were originally interested in, but I don't want anything they are selling ever again.

Great options for furniture. Prices and delivery are reasonable. Very nice workers here and lots to look around at.

I had a great experience buying a bookcase here. They were friendly and helpful, but also have me room to think when I needed it. They have some of the best options in town for solid wood bookcases. Most shops don’t have them anymore. The price was reasonable for the quality. If you want a more modern look, you can head next door. Delivery was cheap compared to other furniture stores and it came when they said it would.

Just got my bookcase delivered and I am very happy with it. They were very helpful, answering questions and giving me space to think as needed. Old Town has the best selection of solid wood bookcases in Santa Rosa. They're hard to find. Delivery was reasonable, scheduled on Saturday, and it came when they said it would. The price was reasonable for the quality and options available. If you want a more modern look, you can go to their shop next door. Parking was easy. The store is filled with (beautiful) furniture so you sometimes have to squeeze between things, but otherwise it is accessible and welcoming. It is all on one level.

Excellent customer service (Amelia is wonderful) and a great selection. Some things are a bit pricey, but the quality is worth it. Other things are a steal.

We purchased a bookcase here that in retrospect was overpriced. At Valley Furniture I saw a better one priced at 60% of what I paid. Also priced beds and I think also a little overpriced. We purchased a bedroom chest as well, excellent quality and expensive. Quality of their furniture seems very good. Service and delivery were great.

We bought a brand new bedroom set from them and it’s absolutely stunning. Came out exactly how we wanted, it was on back order for 12 weeks but worth every bit of the wait. The delivery and setup team was very courteous and prompt, made sure everything was right. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with our bedroom set, we will most definitely be buying all of our furniture from them.

It been few years since I bought my Amish furniture at Old Town Furniture. I was dusting today thinking how I love my furniture. No regrets at all service great. Im a hardball to work with they put up with me with a smile.. Even if u can't afford the Amish they have so much. Much more than u see. Highly recommend. I use there Guardsmen deep clean furniture stuff to keep clean love that to. I use it on all my wood

Love to shop at a locally owned business. I've purchased several items from here over the years and the furniture is great quality! There are many styles and designs to choose from and more than just furniture too. If you don't see exactly what you are looking for they are happy to listen and then open up their books to show some options. Staff is very helpful and it makes the process easy. Love the customer service and personal touch. My favorite item is my dining room table which I was able to customize the color and leg style. My husband would say his favorite is his new recliner! If you haven't been, go check it out. You will be happy you did.

Really want to give a shout out to Paul and the staff at Old Town Furniture. They were awesome when our 2 yr old recliner broke. Paul contacted the manufacturer, found that the part was under warranty and ordered it. The part arrived and 2 nice men came to our house and fixed the chair. Overall, a pain-free experience. Thanks Paul!

What a great experience at OldTown! I'd definitely use them again for household furniture! I ordered five pieces of oak office furniture for my home office. Working with Paul was a breeze! He knows the inventory and suppliers very well and helped me put together a collection of pieces that work together really well--even though I got pieces from two difference manufacturers, Paul made sure to advise me on finishes that would look nearly identical. He was very clear on the realities of supply chain delivery timelines--two pieces were available for delivery right away as they had them in their warehouse; the other three pieces arrived on the early end of the window he advised. The two deliveries went very well. The team that showed up was very friendly, professional, fast and efficient. All five pieces were in excellent condition and delivered without a scratch! The guys placed the big heavy oak desk exactly where I wanted it. The look, quality, manufacturing and finish are all beautiful and more than meet my expectations! Thanks!
