Our room was clean upon arrival. In our opinion, the beds were hard and not very comfortable, but they served their purpose. The towels felt rough. Free breakfast isn't offered. There are many restaurants and attractions within driving distance.Rooms: Our room was clean upon arrival and stocked with towels and toiletries. The room had a mounted TV, small microwave, and small refrigerator. There's no free breakfast, but there is an ice machine outside near the office. Hotel offers Wi-Fi and there are basic cable channels.Nearby activities: Shopping center, coffee shops, brewery's, restaurants, museums.Walkability: Taco Bell, Mombo's Pizza, Wing Stop, Chick-fil-A, and Dutch Bros are nearby.Food & drinks: There are coffee shops, tea shops and a wide variety of places to eat nearby within driving distance.

Clean and adequate with good in-room amenities for a budget motel. They need to update this Google description—there is NO “free breakfast.” Fortunately, there are plenty of small places to eat within walking distance. Thin walls, but we were lucky our room neighbors didn’t stay up late.

Amazing help at the last minute- and surprised to have an amazing shower in the morning. Yes, some things are not a $300 a night experience. A hidden gem. ( The conditioner woke me up like I was in a spa). Don't know what's in it ?. Touchscreen mirror light. Wow. Veteran friendly/ also had my Service pup. I reccomend this place overall and my only criticisms are mostly because of my preferences. My interactions with employees at this hotel have been a mixed bag (mostly good), but it is a nice experience when I stay here.The property is clean, comfortable, and the location is nice in the sense that it's near a lot of things like food and entertainment and is very close to the downtown area. There is variations in noise level because of the street but it's not bad.For me, the only real downside to staying here is their guest policy, which is very strict and comes with an expensive fee if violated. It's frustrating for my situation because I can't drive, so trying to coordinate transportation/social interactions with my local friends/family is a headache when I stay here. It'd be nice if there was at least leeway for brief and reasonable guest visits.The first time I got a room here, my friend had driven me so I could check in and drop off my bags, and was waiting in the car for me. When the woman checking me in asked how many people were staying in the room, I answered, and a man came in from the other room to inform her that I had someone in the car and insinuated I was lying (at least they pay attention to security cameras, I guess). It was a confrontational and pretty off-putting experience to be honest, because I've never had to worry about these situations at other hotels I've stayed in.The price is great though (granted it fluctuates, but still) and the rooms are nice, so this place stays a go-to location for me in the Santa Rosa area.The only things that keep me from leaving 4 stars is that the beds are hard (I always seem to wake up sore here), the shower head doesn't move to let you control where water sprays, the towels are rough, and the mirror projects a constant white light through the power button on it and it is surprisingly stark in the dead of night.

The North Bay Inn Santa Rosa and owner Sam are top-notch for a GREAT Price & Value! Sam and his family have truly invested in bringing the property up to date with beautiful investments in huge barn door sliding showers, so comfy king bed in my room, new flooring, smart mirror & dorm fridge/microwave. It’s close to all kinds of restaurants and things to do. Next time I’m at the hot springs I’m staying here again smiles to share ?

5 star hotel experience for the 2 star price , they totally updated this room with smart mirrors and all amenities. I would definitely stay here again

Owner was friendly and the rooms have been recently renovated. The bed was pretty comfy and rooms are clean; hardwood floor but the walls are thin. Why the 4 stars? The water pressure from the shower head was weak as heck. I probably could had showered faster with a bucket of water at that point. Nonetheless, my stay was nice. You're close to Chik Fil A, subway, pizza, sushi, gas, pretty much the essentials when making an overnight stay as you continue traveling. I would reccomend to the Owners to look into fixing the WEAK water pressure. That's the only thing that is making me hesitant to come back.

Nice and clean rooms the bed super comfortable. We stayed couple of days and the maid would clean our room and some. Places don't do that. They did extra touches to make. Us feel comfortable which was so sweet. The grounds are clean, front desk is a family who are very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

I had a really good experience here. I was in town for a few days for work and chose to stay here. The managers were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean and quaint. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again!

Truly a wonderful Inn.We are minutes from the restaurants stores an mall.Very comfortable, great free parking and free internet.Amazing shower.If you travel to Santa Rosa. I highly recommend North Bay Inn
