I ordered materials and was notified they were in. I called day before and I was told they opened at 9. Upon arrival the following day, there was a sign on the door stating they didn’t open until 10 due to a staffing meeting. I took time off the job site to go down there only to waste time. Upon calling, I was told the manager would call me regarding the issue but never received that call. When I called back towards the end of the day, the manager told me the company was too small to conduct these meetings outside of business hours. I was then told, I should’ve called to get assistance but the sign did not state this was an option.The second attempt/trip (this time by my wife)to their facility to make my purchase, we were told that my product was mistakenly sold to another customer surprisingly by the same name.I to am a small business owner and have never closed my doors to my customers for internal meetings, after all, it is the customers making purchases that keep the doors open. The mishap of my product being sold to another customer….. things happen but the totality of the circumstances concerns me as to the longevity of this business without either better management and/or accountability.Nice people but “nice” doesn’t keep the doors openUPDATE:I received a call today from the owner that was unsolicited. He addressed my issues with no excuses and took ownership of them. I’m really impressed as this show’s integrity in how he runs his business. He additionally explained the changed procedures implemented to prevent these issues from reoccurring.Not only did he acknowledge my loss in time going back and forth to his business, he also offered me a substantial credit to to make things right. It should be noted, never did I ask for this, as this was something he felt was the right thing to do.For a business owner to call and take full responsibility and make adjustments to his business practices to improve the overall customer service, shows his dedication to his customers. I completely support a 5 star rating based on this individual and his staff.

came in to get touch up paint color matched to my 75 land cruiser with the original paint job. When i applied the paint to my car it ended up being 10 shades to dark. I was kinda bummed out since he double checked it to my car and i thought how could it be so far off. i suspected this happens all the time and i would buy another and try again. instead i was treated very unprofessionally he started to lighten my color then went back inside to adjust it more and ended up helping another customer who came in after me, and just left me waiting outside. Then he wasnt happy with the adjustment and said he needed to start over, i said that i thought the adjustment looked good, the original color was just to far off. He then told me it was touch up paint and i was being to picky and that they normally charge to color match paints with an attitude. i replied "i came in here looking to have a service provided if that was the service then why did we not proceed with that option." It blows me away to have this kind of customer service. i didnt ask you to deviate from your processes. I asked this business for a service and would have been glad to compentsate them for it. I however did not ask to be treated unprofessionally and i expect more from a business.Response from the owner 16 hours ago: Sorry you felt way. Didn't I custom tint it for you for free and you said the color was OK? You received more value than the $20 you were charged.Reply to owner: I appreciate the responce. What you did for clarification was provide me with a mediocre product for as you said $20, while being short, disrespectful and unprofessional. I would prefer the alternative to compensate your business appropriately and be treated with respect. I never asked for the cheapest price or more value then i paid for, that was what your customer service and processes allowed me to experience. I wish yall the best and hope a positive result comes from my experience.

This is my new go to for auto paint. The y staff was very helpful. I'm not a pro and was just finishing up a small project, they helped me get the proper paint and all the supplies I would need. They did not try to up sell or get me to buy things I didn't need. This is a small local shop, go here first.
