very good shop and knowledgeable group of guys. came in for a water pump and thermostat replacement with little knowledge on my 2016 328 and explain it to me and also helped me with other maintenance! Will be back for sure

Went to get an alignment on my M3 after I installed lowering springs. Had heard great things about North Bay Bavarian, and even though it’s a 100 mile round trip for me I decided to check them out. All went well with the alignment, and they listened to my concerns with the (limited) specs I wanted which I appreciate. The staff was kind, and they got to work right away when I showed up for my appointment. I’m happy with the alignment and even though there's only so much you can do without camber plates or adjustable control arms on these cars, I feel that they got it as dialed-in as possible, but I was charged $275 for it. I admittedly didn’t get a quote beforehand (which is my fault) so I felt a bit dumb as I was driving home to have paid so much for an alignment. They did a good job..... just not so happy with the price.

First timer at North Bay Bavarian turned lifer client! I was referred by a trusted friend that these guys are the best at Bimmers, and he was right.
I had some challenging issues with my M3 that other shops either wouldn't or couldn't tackle. Matt, Rob and crew tenaciously ran down the issues and my car is happier than ever. They even gave me a no charge loaner while my car was down, too. First class all the way with better service and tech specialists than the dealership.
From minor to major work, if you have a BMW you need North Bay Bavarian in your corner!

We had a great experience with North Bay Bavarian with our Mini Cooper. We brought it in with a coolant leak and they were able to diagnose the problem while we waited. They had the parts in stock, so were able to get right on it. We picked it up the next morning and it’s running great, no problems. And they even washed my car for me before pickup. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend this shop to other Mini owners.

Fear not! I've dealt with this shop for over thirty years and never had a problem. From '02tii's, to 3.0cs's, E30M3's, and E46M3's they always got it right. Very capable and professional shop.
