Terrible alterations experience here. I described exactly how I wanted a pant legs made slimmer. The gentleman never suggested pinning it to what I needed. Instead he relied on just telling the person doing alterations. Big mistake. I needed them for a certain date and was promised they would be ready then. They were not ready on that day when I came to pick them up. They took five days longer and the result was a disaster. Way too much was cut out to make them even wearable, let alone look good. I’ve ended up with pants that are ruined.

Zero stars. Order wasn’t ready when promised. Employee said a message was left on phone asking for permission to clean b/c damage might happen. Owner had a different story—said he called but phone rang continuously. Get your stories straight. No call back when my husband called for pricing. No excuses for this.

This is our neighborhood go-to for dry cleaning. We have dropped off about 2 bundles of clothes per month for the last 5 years. All items have come back clean, pressed and on-time. The owner is typically the person at the counter and he and his staff are friendly and professional.
