I used to be a loyal customer to Firestone but the past few times I have gone they have made some pretty mediocre and dangerous mistakes. For one they did not put the oil cap back on my car after changing the oil. My car smelled like oil the whole day and I finally check under the hood to find there is oil everywhere and in my driveway. They also forgot to tighten the bolts on my tire after replacing it and it literally fell off my car while driving. Luckily I was on a residential street but that could have been fatal. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!

I did not plan on stopping by Firestone while on vacation visiting my family up north. But we rented a car and a problem came up so we had to stop by Firestone to get it checked. We rented our car from Enterprise and they have a corporate account with Firestone, meaning, if there are any issues with your rental, Firestone will fix it and bill Enterprise later. So if there's anyone reading this and has an issue with their Enterprise rental, just find a Firestone near you. We came in around 4pm and was welcomed by a worker at the front. I told her that the engine oil light appeared and wanted to see if they can fix that before I headed back home to LA. She told me that they could but it wouldn't be done in an hour which is when I was planning on heading home. I asked her if she could just check it to see if it was safe for me to drive back to LA. She said sure and had me pull up my car to have one of their workers check. The worker checked and was very informative and helpful. He gave me his honest opinion and told me it was safe to drive back, although, he did state that Enterprise shouldn't have given me the car to drive when it was due for an engine oil change. He answered any questions I had and I trusted his opinion enough to drive back to LA. It turns out we made it home safely! I, of course, did complain to Enterprise about it but that's a whole other story. I'm glad Firestone was nearby and the workers here are very nice and helpful.

I would definitely come back to this Firstone and do business with them again. Mike is very easy to talk to. Information about the services I needed was as clear as can be from beginning to end. Thanks again Mike. I really appreciate your help. Chris B.

I took my truck to get the rear disc and pads new, but it turned out after I took it off the shop once I pressed on the brake I felt the vehicle shake while braking. I took it back and talked to the " manger" and they were ignoring my request and another associate was just standing by the service door not willing to help and finding a solution to my concern. So I left without being satisfied. AWFUL SERVICE, DON'T recoomend them !!!!!
