I just wanted to compliment you guys for always doing fantastic job. Whether I’m getting a wash, oil change or detail your team always gets it right. Today I came in for a wash, then decided to do a detail after speaking with your crew chief because I remembered I had a spin the wheel coupon. When I went to pay I realized my coupon was expired…but because I was getting a detail your manager honored the coupon anyway. Outstanding! Thanks so much!

I should have read all the reviews. Won't be coming back. I should have known when the guy try to up sell me on washes that they need the money since they do a crappy job.
Quick recap: I had bird crap (which we all do living in tree land). I noticed they didn't remove it asked the guy what happened and he said "it's bc it's hard". I asked to borrow his towel and took it right off. 2nd they love to spray armor inside and not wipe it down. 3rd a had little wood particles on my seat that were not there before I'm assuming they had it on the vacuum and just decided to leave on my seats.
I'm not one to complain but I would hate for someone else to spend that kind of money and leave disappointed.

Besides putting the floor mats in the trunk without vacuuming them, it was well worth the extra money for a deep clean, detail. They took care of the floor mats after the fact, but even offered a free car wash next time, I declined. Nobody's perfect but it's definitely better than what I could have done, quality every time I come here....

Their business model is minimal work and a great location. Oh you have "tree sap on your car (it was not sap) you'll need a full compound treatment." It took me three minutes of elbow grease to wipe off the "tree sap."
You basically will have to finish cleaning the car at home. I've tried using them three times and I give up. They will give you excuses why they cannot clean your car. "Oh if we wiped that it would ruin your car" seriously that is what he said. "Oh those bumpers, we just can't touch them." You are basically paying for a vacuum job and someone to drive your car through the car wash machine thingy. Want things actually wiped clean? Not happening here.

don’t bring your car here, i spent a while looking at places before i came and decided on this one since it was the closest to my house. worst money i’ve ever spent they charged me $124 after a “discount” which is supposedly their highest wash which wasn’t even on the menu. i specifically pointed at certain things i needed cleaned that weren’t. there are scratches on the car which are obviously from dirt just getting rubbed into the paint. small chips on the paint are now larger, and even damage to the paint i didn’t have before. damage to the head liner on the inside of the car. hair and debris on the screen, leaves still in the windows, dirt on the rear fenders. the sealer lining inside of the door was not fully broken before, given it was cracking, but now completely broken and in need of repair. even the dash was still dirty. also now some weird finger print on my rear view mirror that won’t come off at all. all around i will never be back to this place for a car wash. the only reason i’m coming back is for a refund. this is what i would have expected from the $30 car wash, not the one that’s so expensive it’s not even on the menu. photos will be included of everything in this post. honestly think the car is in worse shape than when i brought it in other than a shine on the outside of the car. and YES all of these photos are from AFTER the car wash

Fast for an oil change and basic cleaning....but they used synthetic without any discussion, adding $30 to my bill. When I called them on this, they acted salty and told me my car only took synthetic, which is not true. But, my car is clean! Thanks!
Careful of up selling here - my partner recently paid $150 for what she thought was going to be a $50 wash.

Not worth it do not go! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I took my car in. I paid250 for an interior detailing and when I got my car back and actually took a look inside I realized all the items that were listed of what would get cleaned were in fact not. I called the next morning to ask for clarification of what was supposed to be included and sure enough the woman on the other end mentioned all the things that were still not cleaned in my vehicle including shampooing of my mats which were thrown in the trunk. The worst part is that could’ve all been remedied….expect for the way I was treated after. I left my name and number with the person I spoke to expecting a call back from the manager. After I heard nothing back after a week I called back and the same woman placed me on hold for 35 mins before I hung up because I had to go back to work. Not worth it…go somewhere else!

Got the gold wash. Bad results, exterior dirt and bird poop not washed off, interior untouched. Same level result as gas station drive through but 4X price. Won't go back. Sad.

This place used to be great.
But, as a result of not making much money the past few years, they’ve put a “used car salesman” type of person up front who greets guests and works on commission. The result is lies, hustles, and sub standard work. I get that a business like this needs to put more pressure on customers to make more profits, that’s fine, but when they do it in shady ways they lose customers for life which is what is happening now. I won’t be back.

Terrible job. They lost my antenna and said I came there without one. Ridiculous. You can see all the spots they missed. Never going back

My wife brought her car to get a wash and upon returning home I noticed the antenna mast was missing on her Lexus LS430. We called immediately to let them know the issue and they said they would look into it and we actually went back down to the shop to fill out a incident report. Fast forward almost two months, we hadn't heard anything from them, I called them to ask the status of the replacement that they said they were going to get and I was told the manager would call me back, never got a phone call so I drove over there. After waiting around for a bit the manager came out to tell me that he had "looked at the cameras and said the car came in like that", which I find hard to believe. Why was I never called back? When did he "look" at the cameras? This should have been handled differently and in a more timely fashion rather than this feeling of "hopefully they'll forget about it" I felt pretty dismissed and we were strung along with this whole incident, won't be taking any of my vehicles back there over a $20 antenna.

The people here are very friendly. But the car never gets clean.
I once used their regular car wash service. They said they could tell by my car's license plate, and they were right. They never washed my car more than twice a month. They even didn't open the car door and just sprinkled water on it before returning it to me. They didn't even tell me that the cost of the regular ticket was an automatic payment method, and they refused to give me a refund when I cancelled.
Some of what they say is true. ‘We’re free today, so we’ll give you a $100 service for a special price of $25.’ That’s true. They only cleaned for $25.
They do business dirty. Maybe that's the case with all car washes these days. Sad but true.

I paid way too much!! The guy said it was slow and they’d do an excellent job including cleaning the headlights, wax, etc. Decided to splurge…They did wipe down and make the leather shine, so that was cool. I got home realized the headlights were not cleaned, no wax, etc. I took 5 minutes- just cleaned my headlights- they look new- serves me right for being lazy and not cleaning my own car.

First and last time here. The guy talked me into a full wax service and bragged about how it included cleaning of the console. He even made fun of the spider web on the side mirror that was partially still there when I got the car back. I doubt the wax was even applied on exterior. Lots of residue left over on the interior. There’s still dirt and dust in the console. The “inspector” at the end was comical. Nothing more than $135 scam! Never again! Two stars for decent customer service.
