Linda was very kind and helpful, even though I was obviously a total greenhorn she helped me through the process of renting a space and didn't once laugh (out loud, anyway...) at my more ridiculous blunders.The storage facility is convenient, a good value, and easy to use.If you have a boat or RV or other large equipment you need to store, you won't go wrong using Mighty Vault. Tell Linda that Chip sent you!

We stored our travel trailer here for two years. We never had any problems. Staff was nice and so were the fellow renters. We sold out trailer and no longer need a storage spot but will for sure be back once we get a new one.

I was calling to see if they had an available spot for our trailer to store, so I called the phone number listed on the business, which was (707) 838-7315 on a Saturday, and left a message. No return call for 3 days, so I called back on the following Tuesday. A woman answered the phone with "Hello." I said, "Is this RV Storage?" She said "This is _______" and stated her name. I said, "Ok, so is this RV Storage?" She said "Yes and I'm on vacation, call back tomorrow" and she HUNG UP ON ME. Wow. My heart goes out to her if she was having a bad day/week, but that was really bad for business. I'm pretty sure I WON'T be calling back.

I have stored my RV with this storage for about 12 years I find the manager to be helpful and kind it is a gravel yard but they do haul in new gravel. You can get a hold of the manager 24 hrs a day 7 days a week as her cell phone number is on her card the office door and the gate.
