My car always comes out super clean, and they are careful wit items left inside. They are often super busy, so set aside at least an hour, but it's worth it.

I've gotten basic car washes here for a long time. Last time they talked me into pre buying a $160 detail. After camping a few weekends and summer I was so excited to have my car deep cleaned.
They told me it would take 2 hours. It took less than an hour and the amount of dirt still in the door arm rests, around the gear shirt, cup holders etc... was truly terrible. They clearly did not do their due diligence in cleaning.
I'm deeply disappointed given the price I spent for this service.
Unfortunately I noticed how bad it was after leaving. I'm including just a few photos.

Clarity after my review and the business responded.
Originally I paid for a service. At that time I did ask for an ETA as I had a doctor's appointment after an hour my vehicle was not complete, vehicle just ran through wash portion.
I talked to the cashier she signed my receipt (1signature) and told me to return at a later date. As I went to get in my vehicle another gentleman approached me and apologized for not getting it completed telling me they were short on people. He told me he was a manager there and signed my receipt (2nd signature) and gave me an upgraded wax. I didn’t ask for this, he offered this!
Please do not make it look like I need to try to scam you out of a free wax I have better things to do.

If I could Give a zero I would. I had visited the establishment many times. I paid for services that I did not receive at a previous visit. So the acting manager signed a receipt with an upgraded wax for my vehicle. When I returned, they would not honor it and actually threw the receipt in the trash in front of me. I will not return to this establishment ever again, poor poor poor customer service.

This car wash is PRIME TIME. I take my 4x4 Full size truck and SUV here every time after an off road excursion to bring them back to civilization standards and more. They always do a fine job in cleaning inside and out. I’m always excited to get into either of my clean, fresh smelling vehicles. The ceramic wax jobs make the vehicles look like they just drove off the lot. They get quite busy on the weekends, so come in as early as you can to beat the long waits. The staff is always nice and helpful. I tip big here, knowing that every time I come back they will treat me with integrity and respect. Good Job Mendocino Car Wash, you make Santa Rosa a better place to live!

I've gone here for many years but after today, I will be looking for a better place. When I went to pay I asked if they had a senior discount. She said yes but had already processed my card. I asked if she could redo the charges so that I could get a senior discount. She basically said no. She'd have to do a refund and didn't want to.
After spending $55 plus tip to clean my car, the results were mediocre. Spots remained, the flour mats were wet, the windows not completely clear, and the polish on the black was spotting.
Not going back!

Staff are courteous but they are very slow and the results are usually mediocre. On my last visit it took over an hour for a pretty standard clean. They aren't awful, but for the price it is a long wait and you probably won't be dazzled with the results.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. I been going there for over 25 years. I have a wash card that I paid $500 for. The new owner who was confrontational would not honor the card. Horrible. Small claims lawsuit incoming you idiot.

Wow. I spent $175 on interior detailing and it is basically wasted. There is still dog hair in the seat cracks and spots on the leather I''ve taken off with a damp cloth. They didn't vacuum the trunk or lower the windows to clean the edges.

I've been going to Mendo car wash for years, but since new owners took over, it's gone down hill fast. Last straw was a few days ago when I got in my truck after it was done, I noticed all of my dollar coins were missing from the tray. I asked to speak to the manager, but his attitude was basically "It's posted that we're not liable". I know it's only a few bucks, but you don't care that your employees are STEALING?!? They've lost my and my wife's business.
