Excellent customer service. From check-in to check-out, the team led by Jose up front and Marco in the shop
was in constant communication about diagnosis of the problem, options and timelines for repair, and cost. I really appreciated that the initial diagnostic included pictures and videos of the issues. It was also great to not have to worry about getting rides-they provided an Uber every time.

I took my Volvo to AAA Auto Repair in Santa Rosa for a routine oil change and tire rotation on May 1, 2024. Shortly after leaving the shop, the wheel came off my vehicle, resulting in significant damage and a totaled car. The mechanic who inspected my car after the accident confirmed that the only possible cause was the lug nuts not being tightened properly during the tire rotation at AAA.
Despite this clear evidence of negligence, AAA Auto Repair has refused to take responsibility for the incident. They claim the service was performed correctly, which contradicts the findings of the post-accident inspection. Furthermore, they have been uncooperative in assisting with the necessary documentation for my insurance claim, causing considerable delays.
This experience has been incredibly stressful and financially burdensome, as I have had to rent a car for an extended period without any resolution in sight. If AAA Auto Repair is at fault, they refuse to take responsibility or communicate directly to resolve the issue. I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative repair shops that prioritize customer safety and accountability.

I love getting a call from AAA on an accident that occurred. And during the conversation all they do is threaten you and manipulate you into saying things to put you at complete fault. All they care about is destroying everything about you. I love it!

I am so happy I found this place! I needed an emergency repair and dropped off my car on a Monday ( they are closed on Monday). I heard back from Doug on Tuesday and he told me what was wrong and he had the part to fix it. I was back on the road on Wednesday. I also needed new brakes and new brake system parts a while later and Doug quoted me a great price and had them ready to go in no time. If you have AAA you also get a 10% discount AND a lifetime guarantee of the work. If your car needs any kind of service, I recommend you take it to AAA Santa Rosa Baker Auto & Tire Center.

Such great service - open on Saturdays too! I had a flat tire with no spare, and they were so helpful in what could have otherwise been a stressful experience. They went out of their way to help me find a ride, and patch my tire with the least expense possible. 10/10 recommend!

I won’t be going anywhere else. I was able to verify their honesty. Went in for tires and inquiry on our brakes, came out with 2 tires and an answer for my brakes. I appreciate the integrity over everything and will be back to replace my other 2 tires in the next year or two, and continue my business here. Jose was the best.
