Walking into a store can be stressful. Walking into a store knowing I would be spending a substantial amount and having no knowledge of where to begin made my stress level high. Shopping is not a fun experience these day, I have Parkinsons and generally people are thrown off by the delay in my speach and movements.
Instantly greeted by a guy named Aristotle. He not only was extremely patient with me and my many questions but he took the time to figure out what I needed. I was thinking of getting a bed way more than I expected to pay. This guy didnt know me but took the time to figure out what I really needed. When it came time to have a conversation about this purchase he provided my 9 yr old daughter paper and a pen to draw. This may sound like nothing but it gave us a second to have a good talk. He treated us like he knew us and made us feel comfortable with our purchase
Aristotle was great and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a bed .

Wow! Gave 5 stars, but they deserve more like 12 starts! I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing a mattress. The Manager, Aristotle, provided incredible insight and guidance when we were deciding on a bed for our three year old daughter. If you’re in the market for a new bed, I highly recommend you go visit Aristotle at the Coddingtown Mattress Firm!

I had been shopping around at multiple stores trying to find the right mattress within my budget, and I have to say, Aristotle at Mattress Firm made the experience so easy and stress-free! Unlike some places where I felt pressured, Aristotle was trustworthy, honest, and really took the time to listen to what I needed. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pushiness. I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind. The manager, Aristotle, is the expert to buy your mattress from!! He is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. He is honest and has integrity( not found very often in the mattress industry. He will find you the right mattress at the right price!!

Going to mattress store is something I don’t really get every excited about but Gregg at Mattress Firm is an absolute gem! His performance is nothing short of spectacular, very patient guy, endless i should say, and his knowledge is off the charts. Gregg has made what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. He had us laughing the whole time. We tried almost every mattress in store and he patiently explained and answered all our questions. He’s a rare find in today's fast-paced world, and I couldn't be more appreciative of his dedication. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, you HAVE to ask for Gregg! Thanks for making our experience so fun!
