I highly advise you take your business somewhere else. We paid a very high dollar amount to have a bunch of work done to have damaged parts put onto our trailer along with having our trailer damaged while on property. Marlo and his wife were extremely disrespectful in dealing with this whole matter.

They have parts they just act like your wasting their time when you call . Maybe with some nicer people working the phone/ counter they would have better reviews

Marlo made time to fix my RV battery connection. It was an easy fix and they accommodated my tight schedule.

Paid $650 to replace an electric motor on our stabilizer. I found out later the entire stabilizer mechanism costs $650!!! The motor retails for $250, which they overcharged for, and the rest was labor on a job that would take an hour or so. I discovered later they stripped out the top hole on the switch plate and it was held to the trailer with the bottom screw and some caulk. Their reputation as a good repair shop is not deserved.

Marlo's has been around for a long time. Good people. I needed a sensor for my camper,did not have mine exactly but went online and had it ordered before I could get out the door.

A+++++ they helped us with our 5th wheel brakes and got us on the road in a day. I can't speak highly enough about the friendliness and caring experience we had. I have no clue how people have given them a low rating and called the "lady" rude and condescending. We were recommended this place from Golden State RV and so glad we were. Marlo diagnosed in one day and we were good to go. They even fixed our auto leveling system. Our experience was 100% opposite of the previous ratings. In fact when I walked in the nice lady behind the desk greeted me with a big smile and was very helpful. I even made mention to the Google ratings and asked if they were talking about someone else! Thanks again! If we ever need help in the future, I know where we are going.

Marlo and Nelda along with Ken are the BEST!!! So helpful and knowledgeable. We will only bring our 5th wheel to them for repairs and service. Very honest, dependable, reasonable and reliable!!! I wouldn't trust any other RV Repair Shop with our Reflection and neither should you!!!!

Great experience fixing my newly acquired Salem trailer, making like new, and suggested some rear light changing from orange to red, to avoid those issues. Does great work.

I had a skylight replaced, and a few other maintenance items done. Once again, work was completed in the time frame promised, skylight looks great as expected.
