Awesome car. What impressed me was Gage Smith, new salesman on the floor only four days. The ONLY sales person on Auto Row in Santa Rosa who came out to greet us. From there on, the entire process was impressive. The entire team cares about the customer and does everything possible to make sure we get exactly what we are looking for, financially, aesthetically, practically.

I made an appointment with Manly to have a recall item for my Honda repaired. When arrived at the dealership for the appointment, I was told the part needed for the recall repair was not available. They did not provide prior notice; just notifying me when I arrived at the dealership for service. Two weeks later I received a letter from Honda indicating the recall parts were available and requested to make an appointment with the dealer to have the service done. I made another appointment with Manly to have the recall item repaired. Manly sent me an email confirming the appointment. This time after receiving the confirmation, I called the dealer and asked if they had the recall part in stock. They said they did not and did not know when the parts would be in. I asked them to cancel the appointment and was put on a list to be notified when the part is available. Had I not called, I would have most likely showed up, for the second time, only to be told the parts were not available. There is a disconnect between Manly's on-line appointment system and the people who work there. Manly Honda needs to pick up their game and not waste customers time.

We have purchased 2 cars from Manly Honda now. They have an excellent service and sales team that are friendly, and knowledgeable, and the very most important part ... they are honest and up front. They also make sure all the options to choose from when buying a vehicle are clear. Highly recommend Manly Honda.

If you're looking to buy a new or used car, head over to Manly Honda and see Jacob Knight. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical salesman. He was patient, kind, and not pushy at all. He listened more than he talked, was able to answer all of our questions, and really cared about making sure we were getting what we wanted and needed, not just interested in making a sale. We really enjoyed our experience with Jacob and hope you will, too.

my experience was rough I was trying to bring my case to Manly Honda regarding a car that I bought from them and after a month I was required to pay for a new registration which to me seems unfair, but I got in there trying to explain that there was a jerk threatening me so I had to leave and he even screamed at my 16 year old son with that I think Manly is a horrible place to buy a car in the future.

I was there on Saturday looking at a Honda HRV and the saleswoman LORENA was extremely helpful. She took out the time to explain everything to me. Find me different models and went for a test drive unfortunately I will not be buying this car at the time After driving and I realize that it’s not for me, but I did want to shout out to her how wonderful she was with a follow up email that she sent me thank you so much

Where to begin….. do I start off with how my experience started of, the process in which I started to see those that I worked with at Manly, more like extended family the as car salesmen, or should I talk about how they have gone above and beyond for me… I don’t know- it might get too long and I would hate to lose a review reader…
With that being said…. And if you want the quick referral, here it is…..
Are they a car dealership? Yes. Do they price their cars competitively? Yes. Do they want to sell you a car? Yes. Do they do everything within their control to make that happen? Absolutely. Are they the most ethical and fair folk around? Unequivocally. Would I recommend them? Without hesitation! Is the management team supportive of both client and employee? Beyond…. And lastly, do they have the best espresso machine around…. By far!
If you would like to know a few more details, keep reading…. It’s always nice to walk into a business to see everyone working hard, trying to help people get into a vehicle they want, and would make them feel good being in. It’s an important part of life, it’s how we pick our kids up from school. It’s how we get to work, so we can put a roof over our head. It’s how we transport food from the store to our home, to eat, so we can stay alive. Car buying is a very intimate, personal and empowering experience, in which all aspects of life hinge. I have had 2 terrible experiences in my life, where I believed what the dealership said, and the moment I drove off, I became invisible to those that took so much time and effort to make the sale. So, this review comes from someone, who did not like or trust Any dealership, rightfully so, after my terrible experiences.
That has NOT been my experience at Manly! In fact, quite the opposite. It was between car 1 and car 2 that they Showed, not told, their desire to help, and concern over my well being. Here is the important backdrop to that statement…. Let’s just say I currently give new meaning to the sentiment “ wanting champagne on a beer budget, using an expired gift card… if you can imagine the challenges we faced with those parameters, then you will be smart enough to go to Manly for your next big car purchase….. because that’s exactly what they did…. They were able to use an expired gift card, without judgement, and support me in making the almost impossible, possible.
I will wrap up this review with a comment a friend said to me when I was explaining my car 1 to car 2 experience…. He said wow, that is incredibly ethical and not typical of a dealership, what was it that made them do the right thing? And I didn’t know what to say- so I said, I don’t know, maybe that’s just how they do things…,
Tom, Juan, Ali and Paul….. those are now people I hold in the highest regard, respect and have earned my trust, bc they are ethical, and do care, even after you walk out that door…. It was a first for me.
Thanks guys! Your hard work and desire to want to put me in a good reliable car, so I can continue have a roof over my head, food on the table, and my addiction to Amazon a reality…. Words can’t express my gratitude.

Sales team was good, we did the “pre” negotiations by phone I was well informed about the needs and everything went well, however, even with all documents provided and agreements made the financial team is sucks took 3 hours to be seating at their room and 20 minutes signing paperwork. You must need to improve that !
