“I walked in to the Yulupa UPS store today and I was greeted by Derek, what can I say, this man does it all. With a busy line, Derek occasionally walked over to me to see if I was doing ok. Derek’s customer service is beyond the 10 rating I can give. Being in customer service for over 15 years its good to see such an amazing job. You rock Derek.”

I just renewed for another year and had a great customer service representative who was extremely helpful and polite. Just now, Sierra answered all my questions promptly and took care of my request to downgrade to a smaller box size in a timely and accurate manner. I wish all my customer service calls could be so pleasant!”

“I love this place mailed gifts for Christmas and there was no line like at the Post Office. Being a third party they do charge a little more but it's so worth it! They also have mailing items, and lots of gadgets. So nice also!!!”

“I went into this store this morning and all I wanted was for the clerk to sent 2 papers to my email. I paid $4 and when I got home she had only sent one of them. I am changing my review from 2 to 5 stars. The manager contacted me and and the rectified the problem and apologized for the inconvenience.”

However they answered all my questions was great ans helpful with all my questions ans I will definitely come back when I need the service bc of friendly the two ladies were. My 94 year old father looks forward to getting his tv guide every month and when I walk in they update me with status of our mail and if it’s arrived. Also take customer service to the next level. What a wonderful group of people. Good energy and helpful!! I wish I could leave 8 stars”
