Great service, great price. AND they couldn't be nicer. I can see why these guys are busy, because they know how to run a business that is both satisfying for the customer, and at the same time make the customer feel like they're getting a great value. Other glass replacement estimates were far higher than D.A.G. I was actually happy to hand over my money because I know great service when I see it. My car was 2 months old, only 1,300 miles and the chip I got on my windshield really was going to piss me off. I couldn't be happier going anywhere else to get it replaced. Thanks Samier, you ROCK !!

BEST/MOST REASONABLE priced windshield replacement in sonoma county FOR SURE! I went on a mission to get a price quote for 3 different cars and 7 different places overpriced me, seemed like robbery honestly. Then I called Discount Auto Glass, the guy was super nice who answered the phone and answered all my questions. I couldnt believe I was quoted what I was quoted for the 3 different cars! It was so reasonable between $175-$300, I've told 3 of my friends who have been driving around with a cracked windshield and they too have made an appointment! I highly recommend using this company, great prices great quality glass and great customer service!! 5 stars!!!

I highly recommend this shop for replacement of windshields.....they were fast - just a little over an hour - and offered the best price. Very courteous and professional as well.

I just had my windshield replaced after a rock cracked it. They were super friendly and it was so much quicker than my insurance said it would take. The couches were very comfortable if you are waiting instead of leaving your vehicle there. They did a beautiful job and I'm excited to have a new windshield that I can see out of. I highly recommend them.

We have used this place twice and we recommend to friends and family. They can usually give you a quote over the phone and they seem to have the best prices in the county. Good work and quick work at an affordable price.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. So thankful to not have left my car at this place! I made an appointment, showed up at the time I was supposed to be there. The lot was full and there were two bays, I pulled in and got out with my son, the man I assumed to be the owner mumbled something at me, I couldn't understand him so I asked him to repeat what he said twice, I finally heard him say " did you just actually pull into the shop?" I answered that I had an appointment, was just dropping off the car, did he not want to do the job? He said "not anymore! No one pulls into the shop but me!" So sorry to try and pay you to do the work I scheduled for you to do, and to take half a day off work to do so. I made sure to relay this experience to State Farm, super weird. Sorry to have my son have to be along for this, sketchy place!

Charged me $450 to repair passenger's side window (smashed) and the window motor was messed up afterwards, wouldn't close properly. Said it would be another $500 for the motor replacement. Maybe it was damaged during the break-in, maybe they broke it. I don't know but what I do know is I had my window replaced a second time at a different shop and they charged me $120, and now the window motor works fine.

This place is where you take your car for any window repair or replaced windows. Stoped in with window stuck down and motor needed to be replaced before the rains came. Had the part ordered and installed in less the 2 hours. Little waiting room with coffee, vending machine and tv why you wait. Professional, reasonably cheap and up front business.

Ok, ladies...we don't usually shop for this kind of thing but I was so happy with the money I saved on a new windshield here! Great prices, especially if you don't want to make a claim on your insurance. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Made an appointment and waited while they installed. They were done in an hour as promised. Waiting area was the only negative to me. It was like a walled off section in a garage with a couch, TV and toilet and no central air, so be prepared.

What can I say? My experience with Discount Auto Glass was amazing. I called them one day, they ordered the replacement windshield and had it installed the next. I didn't even feel I needed to shop around for a good price since the quote they gave me on the phone seemed so reasonable. Thank you!!

I can only say great things about this business! My dad has a company and owns many cars so when something happens they are the first people he goes too. The brothers that own this business are so real and honest. They have me a great price and had the work done right when I wanted it done..and quick too!! I posted a before and after below of my car. Unfortunately someone broke into the back of my car in December right before Christmas. =/ I didn't have the money to replace my car so when my dad called these guys up they had me come over right away and they cleaned up all the glass and put a professional plastic wrap on it to hold me over until I could come back and pay to get it fixed. About four months later I called him back and was ready to get my back windshield fixed. The reason why I had to wait is because my back windshield was made of a special glass so it was going to be more expensive. Not nearly as cheap as your typical back windshield. He was so professional and quick that I had to write a great review from him. He gave me the best deal he could find and didn't take advantage of me at all. I went to advanced auto glass last time and he raked me over the coals in price to replace my previous cars front windshield after a rock flew into it on the freeway. Unfortunately these kind of things happen and you have to know the right people to go too or else you'll be in trouble paying hundreds of bucks! Overall they were amazing and I am so happy I finally was able to get the work done! 5 stars guys!

Long story short: don't chose this shop if you need something done quickly, or need something specialized to be done. I had to take my car to a different shop after waiting a week for a repair, when originally quoted that it would take 2 days. Also, if you're a woman, expect to be talked down to. Details are below. This repair shop might have been fine for a windshield or other straight-forward repair, but my experience was awful, and I ended up having to go elsewhere for the work to be done. For starters, they were very unprofessional. No paperwork was drawn up, and although my car was there for 2 24-hour stints, they never took down the make, model, or mileage of the car. They always had an issue that kept the repair from being completed. The first time, they broke the glass they were planning on installing. Then, they said the glass was delayed in transit. Then, when the glass finally arrived, they said the glass wasn't the right size, and that it would take another week to order the size I needed. When I called to check in about why things were taking so long, the person I spoke to was as rude as a person could be. When I asked why they didn't take down the make and model of my car while it was at the shop to order the correct glass, I was met with "Well, there are over 50,000 models of cars you know," a condescending statement bearing no relevance to what I asked (presumably, because I am a woman. I had a man call back and speak with them, and I was told that they were perfectly cordial to him). I was given no apology for the inconvenience, and when explaining how frustrating the situation was, was told "hey, I'm just trying to help you out. I don't have to do this for you." At this point, I decided to go elsewhere - I didn't really want this man to "help me out."
