Northern Lights Art and Light Display:Everyone saying Merry Christmas to strangers and taking group photos. Lots of families in matching flannel pj's. The lights are so joyful and beautiful it seems to make everyone smile.

Great venue for a kids show. Just wish they would have let us bring in water for our kids.

Nice venue inside, plenty of parking areas. During winter, they have northern lights you can walk through for free

I love this theater! I've seen amazing concerts and comedy;Chris Cornell, Whitesnake, Dave Chappelle, Steely Dan, Squeeze all right down the street in an easy to attend venue, not a bad seat and free parking! What a treasure we have here with the LBC!

Be warned that they change ticket prices last minute so you think you are getting the best available seats early on. And then they change the price last minute and open up seats closer to stage for the same price without being willing to work with existing ticket holders who supported the show early on.

I did not catch names but two old men serving beer at concession were absolutely SO RUDE for no reason. I walked up to order beer and was very polite and the first time the man purposely poured my can of beer like a total a****** causing it to not only foam but spill a quarter of the $13 can of beer, and the second time his d******* buddy did the same thing. Each time they said "oh whoops I just have got too excited" it's seriously like they are so upset with their job and the fact they have to pour beer for people that they have to completely ruin what could have been a really pleasant and enjoyable experience for somebody. I mean if you are paying $13 for a 12oz beer I want the whole 12oz not 8oz. Two old men mad they're are old and working a basic job I'm sure. Because they were nothing short of rude and unfriendly and malicious. I don't think I will be returning to this venue unless some short of sincere apology is made or I am assured changed will be. It's just really sad when you pay a lot of money to go out with your family and two old men have to be rude old assholes. Even if your life sucks no reason to take it out on other people.

With the seating capacity at a little over 1600 seats (upstairs and downstairs) God honest truth every seat in the house is good and sound system at Luther is always far above satisfaction. Tonight saw Blind Boys of Alabama with Special Guest Charlie Musselwhite and it was a night to remember. Can't wait to go back

Came here for the first time to watch a Holiday Concert. Lots of free parking, nice small, clean venue. Regardless where you sit, you still can see the performers very well. We were seated in the lower level towards the back, you can tell from my picture that we were still close to the stage. Make sure you eat dinner before coming here. All they had was expensive snacks and beverages. They also charge for water refills. I didn't even see any where to eat nearby.

I traveled here from out of state for a Weird Al Yankovic concert, and I was very pleased with the venue! It's on the smaller side with roughly 1,600 seats, and their much-touted claim that "no seat is more than 75 feet from the stage" seems legit. We were off to the side near the back on the lower floor and had a sweet view of the stage. I don't think you can go wrong with any seat or section here. If you want to feel close to your favorite performer, this is a great place to do it! I think this is a cool venue and it was worth traveling to see one of my favorite musicians ever. Ticket prices were more reasonable than anywhere else Al performed on his entire tour, and in some cities / venues I paid over double what my tickets costs here.THE GOOD:-Seating is comfortable and spacious, at least on the floor level. -The sound was terrific, crystal clear and not too loud. -The employees were very friendly and helpful. -It's a very small venue, which means short lines for the restrooms and concessions and a super fast and easy exit after the performance ended.-They have accessible seating in several different sections on both floors of the theater, so folks needing special accommodations have their choice of options. -You are allowed to bring in an EMPTY plastic water bottle (24 ounces or smaller) to refill at the drinking fountains. Good tip for those on a budget.- Ample, FREE parking.THE BAD:-The venue isn't really close to anything unless you have a car, so you can't just walk to a nearby restaurant or bar. -Note that the cheapest tickets are often standing room only (SRO) or on very uncomfortable stools (no back support). Make SURE you check and doublecheck if you want an actual seat at a show. -The concessions are expensive, and they require you to buy a special (and tiny) hard plastic cup with a special lid on it if you want to be able to take your beverage back into the venue and to your seat. Lame! FINAL NOTESDespite the two not to great things about the venue, I really liked the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts and would absolutely consider traveling for a concert here in the future!
