Today was my first time going into a LUSH store and Audrey made my experience there very amazing and helpful. Will definitely come back again thanks to her wonderful customer service! :D

Nick and Alyssa were extremely helpful, patient and kind when helping me and my five-year-old daughter pick out our new smells and bath supplies. They went above and beyond with creating a special shopping experience. Can’t wait to see them again when we need to stock back up! 💕

Alyssa is amazing at describing scents. Both her and her manager clearly enjoy their job. I love going into places where younger people are engaging, welcoming and enjoy what they’re doing.
