The staff here is really friendly and competent. One time I was having trouble paying for my groceries when my checker, one of the employees, pulled out his wallet and insisted he pay for it. It was super humbling and I was quite impressed by this gesture from a total stranger!

We really love Lucky in Santa Rosa!! The store is very large and equipped with a wide variety of merchandise and has great selections! And great prices to boot!! Shout out to the hard-working staff who are all also very nice and helpful! Convenient location from 101 off-ramp with lots of parking.
