My entire experience with CARSTAR Chilton was an absolute dream! I got an appointment for my pre inspection right away and was able to bring my car in the following week to be fixed. They provided me info on the nearest rental company, got me picked up the day I dropped off my car, had my car repaired in about a day and a half, I was also able to drop my rental off there and they took care of the rest!

I was surprised and glad that ny car was fixed very quickly, took it Monday afternoon and by Friday it was ready, they also cleaned the car so it was not dusty or dirty, may car looked ??, Thanks Carstar Chilton for your help !!!!

This was my first experience with CARSTAR-SANTA ROSA getting my car fixed after an accident. I have been to several body shops and I have never experienced the customer service they offer. The front desk staff were knowledgeable, friendly and communicated efficiently as the process progressed. The body work was flawless and they detailed my BMW beautifully. They offered a location drop off and even picked up my rental car from my home in Sonoma. The service was beyond what I expected. I’m very satisfied with this company and I’d recommend their services time and time again.
