Was in town for a family event and wanted to come and see the Loring facility in person as I'm looking to upgrade my roaster. I was able to get a tour of the facility. I've been looking at the 7 series roaster. Bob popped out and said hello and Scott gave me a great tour and all the info I could want.

Loring has the best support team of any Roaster manufacturer out there. I've dealt with almost all of them.They are very prompt, and get on the phone with you in hours not days, and have very thorough support documents that actually help you solve the problems with your machine.

Loring is an incredible roaster manufacturer. The products they offer and the customer service they provide is the best in the industry. I am so impressed with Loring I truthfully can’t say enough good. I highly recommend using Loring if you plan on purchasing a new roaster.
