Staff need to be more efficient and friendly. I filled my tank this morning forgot to get a car wash, I went inside to get a car wash after I got my gas and I asked the employee if she can give me a discount on the car wash since I got gas she said “no if you already pumped gas” I don’t understand why she couldn’t just do a payout for the difference.

The young kid that was working today was extremely rude and trash. The other guy who was working with him had poor customer service (if you want to call it that) as well. I asked for a manager and he stated “why” and I said it doesn’t matter I want to talk to a manager or get a number to call and he would not give me his name, the other employees name, wouldn’t give me a managers name or number either. No wonder this place has a ONE STAR rating. Do not support this store!! There’s the Seven Eleven down the street where their customer service is always friendly and helpful.

Their customer service is garbage, rude (to put it politely for this site) and unprofessional. I am part of LGBTQ and was discriminated against because of it...not even knowing me and never talking or seeing me ever go there (I'm from out of town) and the guy who worked there today made it very clear he had an issue that I was a lesbian. I would NEVER recommend going here for anything at all!! I've been treated a certain way before because of my outter appearance but nothing to this extent. I'll be contacting corporate since the managers name and number wasn't going to be given to me when asked for it to all three employees. This place is disgusting to say the very least. There is a 7Eleven down the way where they are polite and accepting of all people no matter what you look like or where you come from. This place has only 1 star...I see why and something needs to be done about it because it's the customer service that's gotten this establishment that low of a rating. This place needs a clean up asap!

Im gonna give a shout out to yhe hardest working employee at the gas station, the coffe machine. 2$ a large cup self made, 8 different types of with additives of ginseng or French vanilla. Highly reccomend checking out. But don't tell your friends, I don't want to wait in line

Worst place to refill propine.. I have been there 4 times and every time they have a diferente excuses to not refill it .. there was 2 employees just talking on the counter and they said they can’t refill it until the next shift!! Its just bad service dont ever go there

Station is brand new and water and air have been down 99% of time employees are total garbage rude and unhelpful
