I’ve been with this location for 10 years. I have switched different sizes over those years. Overall, this facility was great except for the fact that every couple months there was a rent increase. I believe I moved in and it was 170 a month and now it’s 220. That is exactly why I was essentially forced to move out because every couple months it was going up $10-$20. So just make sure what your stuff is worth storing.

I have not ever left a storage unit thinking, "I'll be back someday." However, that's exactly what happened. Albeit because the price of an upstairs unit was one third the cost of my former unit. But also, this place is professionally ran, details are all explained to you, very attentive to customer needs and also trustworthy. Im glad to be back.

One of the cleanest, friendliest and inexpensive storage units I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Any changes in policy they are quick to update and contact you with and they take effort to make their facility clean. Highly recommend to seek them out ??

Lock it Up storage provided exactly what we needed… a small (5x5) space at a good price. We had the unit for almost 2years, which was longer than we intended. The monthly price recently jumped due to insurance requirements, so that gave us the impetus to move out. We had extra shelves put in our garage so we could bring it all home.
The staff was great; very pleasant and helpful.

Needed a place to park our household stuff during a move. Lock-it-Up fit the bill perfectly. Great location, a clean secure environment and reasonably priced. As a bonus these folks were great to work with. Will definitely use them again if we need mini-storage.

Hate to give them 1 star. Worst customer service, I dont trust them. As soon as you are late you will get a notice of lien on your property. They will try to sell your property as fast as they can. They are shady people. DO NOT GET A SPOT THERE

Worst comstomer service ever!!!!! Don't plan on storing stuff if u need to get something be sure to know exactly where it's at ..... the manager plays devils advocate and then if he doesn't like you he gives you 48hr notice after you just get done paying rent and if you don't get it all out he pushes you out the way when you are locking it up and puts his lock on it and says this is considered abandoned and is now his and then when you are walking out he laughs at you when you say this isn't OK sure it is they pay me to do this all the time...... needless to say this place is garbage.....rant over

I love this place. Manager and staff are very helpful, and a joy to work with. The facility is clean and well kept. Prices are awesome too. Would definitely refer my friends and family.
