Very clean. Nice staff. Machines worked well. Bathrooms were really clean!
It’s kind of pricey - but seems that’s how it goes when near bigger towns. Also the soap options are limited to those with potentially hazardous chemicals - which was the only bummer. Would visit again

Good and bad place to patronize. Good, because the owner and his son seem to be nice people and they do have hot water, whereas some of the other places' water isn't so hot. But it's also bad, because of the people that they have working there... Bad customer relations! One time, one of their workers refused to give me a measly quarter back when it was obvious that I was out a quarter on the dryer. I reported her to the owner's son, who refunded me the quarter but it's not about the quarter, it's about being valued and not mistreated. I doubt he dealt with her cuz today it was probably her who when I called, she didn't volunteer her name, so I asked "Hi there, may I ask your name please?", like I do when a place of business has staff that doesn't know the decency of this courtesy... she didn't answer at all, just HUNG UP!!... Same rude woman as before, cuz she wasn't dealt with? Or just like hiring rude staff that make us feel dense for even giving you the privilege of our business?!

This place is very clean. I have been a customer for many years, but lately when one arrives after 7:30, the lady who works there no longer wants to. Once I went at 7 and she didn't want me to wash my clothes, she said she was going to saw and it was 7 and the last labada was given at 9, la sera, she put on her bows, she didn't want me to wash

This place is cleaner than other places and there is someone there to help and cleaning constantly. You need go early on weekends otherwise it gets pretty busy.

We utilized the wash and fold services here a few weeks ago and it was quite terrible, a lot of our shirts came back with holes in them, (about 6 shirts) and the folding was so laughable, it was so poorly executed, I'm sure a child did all the folding. They should utilize folding boards like other wash and fold services. We will not return
