The location wasn't necessarily dirty but didn't feel as clean as it should have been, considering it's a medical facility.

Closed, but they allow you to make an appointment.

Really unprofessional, I made an appointment, I came right on time and checked in as they requested, they send me notifications that I'm all set and they will send me a message when they can take me, since I checked 10 min earlier I was waiting for another 30 min and 20 min past my appointment time, I came to the door, locked, I called them 4 times didn't get chance to talk with nobody, so I live an hour away, I was fasting past almost 24h, tired, hungry and really dissapointed, it's not a fast food! It's a health service, someone's life might be depending on fast lab work! No stars ????????

Been going to LabCorp Mendocino for years and never had a problem. Most of the time. Most of the time customer service is done by the phlebotomist himself/herself and they are always courteous and cheerful. I've tried once going to another lab on the same area but never liked it. Little waiting time.

Most of the time there is little wait at the Mendocino location. Staff is efficient and courteous.

I would give them ZERO stars but that was not an option.

The girl was very rude, she seemed so bothered by my questions regarding a standing order for labs. I was the only person in there, if it was busy I would've understood the irritation! No wonder my cheap insurance makes me go here now!

8/9/17 One Star, for a convenient location. However, the Lab is not up to customary standards, such as the Sutter Hospital Lab. It took 4 days for simple blood test results to be sent to our doctor in the same building. The Lab is not clean. While not using a tray, the technician dropped several vials of blood on the floor and picked them up. The staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. Will advise our doctor and not use this Lab again. I love this place. Fewer people use it, so if you don't go when you presume a crowd will be there (7-9am?) you walk right in. Also, I take my disabled son, and they are wonderful with him. I always give the lab that actually does the analysis at least a week. They don't do analysis here, it is shipped off.

My mother took my grandmother (age 88) to do a simple urinalysis here for a possible infection. The lab is in the same building as the doctor's office. My grandmother proceeded to give the sample, then the LabCorp Tech said that the doctor hadn't filled out the Medicare number correctly. She said my mother had to resolve that issue, so my mother went across the hall (literally) to the doctor's office to request the number. The doctor's office was busy, and 45 minutes passed, but they did not provide it. My mother went back and forth three times trying to resolve the issue. The Lab Tech continued to insist that my grandmother and mother could not leave until the number was given. Finally, the Lab Tech put pressure on my grandmother to just pay the entire amount of the lab cost, because the Lab Tech felt she had to make all the other patients wait until this issue was resolved. This was of course embarrassing to them, despite my mother doing everything she could to resolve the problem. My grandmother and mother did not feel it would be fair for my grandmother to pay the entire price of the test, since it was not their error, and she had two forms of insurance (Medicare plus a back up plan). In a huff, the Lab Tech stomped across to the doctor's office, got the number she needed, then came back and rudely told my elderly grandmother that she could leave. Rude service, making an elderly woman embarrassed in front of others and treating my family terribly adds up to a low rating.

I went to the Mendocino draw station where they drew 7 vacutainers of blood and one urnie for lab 15 tests ordered by my specialist. Three days later I drove 120 miles to and from my doctor's office. When I arrived at his office I was informed that only 3 of the 15 test results were received. They called Labcorp and were faxed only the same 3 lab results. Apparenly the blood draws and unrine were either lost or they were never tested! I was sent again to have the blood and uirine taken at a lab in the doctor's office building. My doctor had the results the next day. I made the trip to the doctor's office for nothing! I rate this lab as unacceptably poor with unprofessional staff. \ I would give them less than one star if i could.
