We recently purchased 2 love seats with consoles and a recliner chair at Lazy Boy in Santa Rosa! The sales person was so very helpful and helped me with answering all my questions and even helped with solutions to making our living room even better! There were many choices and colorful fabrics to choice from! Thank you for making this important decision a lot easier! Love the comfort of your furniture!

Purchased a custom order recliner today. Ashley was so fantastic and patient while I picked the recliner and then looked at all the fabric choices. She really knows the La Z Boy products and helped me pick out THE best recliner for me. She went above and beyond. I will be back to buy tables in the future from her. Thank you Ashley!

Needed a small chair bed for downstairs so I could sleep with my dog because she can’t make it upstairs anymore. Was hoping for something not quite so wide and not that pricey but settled on this floor model. The woman that helped me was extremely helpful. Very attentive to helping me find what I needed and completing the sale, after answering my questions regarding the item. There was a small bit of fabric sticking out that required pounding back in I’m assuming with a mallet. Initially the manager said that it was an “as is “item. But then decided to correct the issue. I appreciate it because the chair was over $1800.

We have made many La-z-boy purchases over the years. We love the quality and the choices. I think this purchase was my favorite though because I got to work with Patti Cooper in the Santa Rosa store. A local business that still knows the meaning of customer service. I was warmly greeted by a delightful woman named Patti who listened to my reqest then left me to wander at my leisure . When I found what I wanted she very patiently answered all my questions and completed my transaction efficiently and with attention to detail. I was not judged by my age (85)or appearance and was never treated with anything but respect. Best experience I have had in a very long time.
