I just wasted 30 minutes of my time picking out things to potentially buy, just to be told the fitting rooms were closed 15 minutes before the store closed. I’ve never heard of this practice at Kohls. And how about making an announcement about it?! The employees at this location are apparently too lazy for proper customer service.
Editing to say that as I write this review in the store parking lot, I’m now seeing the metal gates inside the glass doors are shut, and it’s BEFORE the closing time of 9pm! Horrible!

Kohl's is always my go-to store for a great shopping experience. The selection is fantastic, the prices are competitive. Whether I'm looking for clothing, home goods, or anything in between, Kohl's never disappoints. Highly recommend shopping here!

Everytime I go into Kohls, the cashier's are always friendly and their clothing is amazing. It may be little pricy, but the quality of their products & their upbeat staff keeps me cot back.

Love shopping the sales and deals at Kohl’s! People are so nice there! Thanks for hanging in there after the fires in our area. I know retail hasn’t been as busy as it should be. But many locals appreciate a brick and mortar store To do some shopping.

Lori at the Santa Rosa Kohl’s store was exceptionally helpful – instrumental, actually in helping me find what I needed for my primary travel outfit.
Even though she was working on restocking, etc. she paused what she was doing and made sure I could find what I needed, even giving me recommendations.
Thanks to her I will definitely return to this store, hoping to find her on shift. I truly appreciated her genuine interest in helping me. Well done, Kohl’s In hiring her! You need to give her a raise and a promotion – hold onto her!

Even though the store is Large and carries Soooo many choices in clothing and many other...stuff, I found it rather difficult to find a store rep to assist in answering the question I had. Not one single employee was present on the second floor.
The sale item vacuum cleaner was not on the shelf.
Perhaps Kohl's needs to hire folk whom are motivated and better trained in customer service..

Well I didn't know that it was upstairs downstairs, like a JC Penney's or Macy's. When you go upstairs to get things by the way that's where the baby department is, you put it in your basket and you take the elevator downstairs to pay for it... Weird. And the baskets are not at all the entrances of the store. I gave it a four star because it was clean there was hardly no one there and there was help all around.

When ever I visit the store here in Santa Rosa or in Petaluma I've always found what I've needed. No matter if it's a gift or for myself and/or family. And I'm very picky about my choice's especially with the quality at a great low cost. With today's high rising cost for everything the choice for me is kohls and still is when this first opened in Santa Rosa 15 yrs plus ago.
