I tried to balance the front wheels here, after the balancing vibration did not go away, a few days later I came again, the guy who balanced my wheel started blaming me that I should have come that same day. I asked him to balance the rear wheels and recheck the balancing of the front ones, he said that for some reason the front wheels were unbalanced, he balanced them again - the same result, the vibration was still the same. I went to another shop - all 4 wheels were unbalanced, after balancing there was no vibration at all! Waste of time and money, I don't recommend Kings Tires 2

I had a tire emergency a couple months ago & the fellows at this business were very helpful. The installation of my two front tires are holding up just perfectly & I would return here to get work done in the future.

I'm curious to how this place makes money.. I had a UHaul pickup for 8am this morning. As I arrived around 8 the place looked deserted. My partner and I waited until 8:20 until we finally called UHaul customer service and they found us another place to rent down the road. I would not recommend using this place for UHaul rentals, from my experience and other reviews it seems like the staff either doesn't show up or is often late with a bad attitude. If UHaul customer service didn't help us out we would have been out of luck on a day we had to move.

I Just called about 10AM this morning & called about used tires, originally the person on the phone was rude & passive aggressive but chalked it up bad connection, Long story short when I asked him on a brand of the specific used tired he made it seem like it was a ton of work to tell me a manufacturer or a price, he said he wouldn't bother checking it on a used tire.( he already went to physical check the size) Honestly this person needs better customer service skills/ company. This is comming from a person who never writes review. Expected very little & this gentleman here didn't even bother with that. I'd steer clear of any buisness, used or new.

I do tire road service out of San Rafael. I had a customer stuck on the side of the freeway with a blow out. They had the tire I needed at an excellent price. Customer service was amazing. Would recommend to anyone and I will use them first every time if possible. 8/13/21

This punk kid who said his name was Victor shows up 25 minutes late and with a piss-poor attitude. They rent UHauls here and what a disgrace for UHaul to have some little punk hungover wannabe named Victor represent them. Represent anyone for that matter. Kings Tires should consider that. He can't even represent himself. A pathetic disgrace. What a shame for both companies. Pity.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Victor was 30 minutes late to open the shop and then was rude and unhelpful. I can't believe Uhaul would contract with them. He questioned both my CA Drivers license and my CA ID card saying I don't look like my ID. I provide multiple credit cards in my name my law firm business card offered to google myself to show him I am who I say I am. Ultimately while I'm holding my 13 month old son and refused to fulfill my order. I had my fiancé go into to over the order but because we asked Victor his name he refused to rent it to my fiancé

I walked in on a Saturday with my dummy tire on and a junkyard tire in hand. They mounted the tire and put it back on the car for me in less than 15 minutes and I was out the door! Super nice guys :)

Nicandro Reyes the owner, is rude as hell. I stopped by to get a 2 new tires installed after getting a screw puncture. He acted like he was bothered and annoyed that he had a customer! He was the one who installed them that's probably why. Be warned there is NO warranty on brand new tires like there should be. They don't install valve stems. The warranty they offer which by the way is not written or printed on the receipt per Reyes is 40000 miles on tread only. Hella rude bad service. Sucks because they have been decent in the past. Will not return and to give a review for me means a lot.... they are shitty!

Right down the street from my shop Acme foreign auto wrecking is King's Tire hard-working they find the tires you need balancing and everything goes with it the great little tire shop
