Store only provides email receipts. Only thing the cashier asked me was for my email. I told her I didn't want to sign up for anything and she said I could use my phone number instead, so I did. Then I found out that she just inputted a random email address to send my receipt to. I didn't get a text receipt, so I went back to find out that it's not possible. ?♀️Extremely unhappy with the service here.I feel like their no paper receipt policy is completely wrong. I know many people who don't have an email address.

Daughter went in to look for shoes. Three employees were working but none available to assist with sizing. I would recommend any other store than theirs. My advice hire people with customer skills!

Terrible customer service from the manager, Karen! I tried returning my baby's shoes because she just tried them on once at home and didn't fit. There is NO wear on them AT ALL. I even compared them to new ones on the shelves and there was no difference. Karen absolutely refused to return them so I asked who else I can talk to and she told me to look up the corporate number on Google - really? So I left. I went to a different store and they returned them with absolutely NO problem at all because there was no problem with the shoes.
