Ken did a phenomenal repair job on our travel trailer. You can’t even tell that the trailer was ever damaged. The entire rear wall of our trailer was damaged by a large pick up truck crashing into it. I was glad to find Ken’s RV Collision Repair in Santa Rosa to make the necessary repairs since this work is very specialized and not done by the average auto body shop. It took a while for the repairs to be completed but the end result was well worth the wait. Ken had another job he was completing and it also took time for the replacement parts to arrive. His wife Dawn dealt with all the insurance paperwork which helped free me from the stress of all that. If you need any RV repairs done, do not hesitate in taking your RV to Ken’s RV Collision Repair.

We had a terrible experience with this business. My partner and I brought our RV here and they could not even give an estimation of time needed to complete the work, knowing we live out of the RV. While we wasted hundreds of dollars in hotel rooms, after 8 days, they only were able to put a single coat of primer on a total of a few square feet. They ordered the wrong awning, after having been paid upfront, and then had the nerve to tell us to go someplace else to get it and have it installed, and still wanted to keep some of the insurance money. The refrigerator and cabinets that were locked upon bringing it to them were opened by someone there. They used the bathroom in the RV which stank to high hevan upon retrieving it. We spent the rest of the day and evening scrubbing and cleaning to get rid of the awful smells.Essentially, after 8 days they had only put a small area of paint primer on it and used it as their personal bathroom. I had severely scratched the side of my 2017 Unity RV while on the way to Death Valley trying to squeeze into a service station position lining up for reasonably priced diesel. Online reviews gave Ken's RV Collision center very high reviews. I called for an appointment and was put into a que likely to be over 4 weeks to complete the repair. The job was completed before the estimate, worked professionally with the insurance company, and the RV was restored like new. Would highly recommend this family owned enterprise.

We had a great experience at Ken's Collision shop. I had a 32' Tiffin with some damage smashing the step and did panels. Afterward you couldn't tell there was ever any damage, beautiful job. It's a great family place that makes you feel at home right away, Dave.

My employer needed to repair a vehicle for a client and we were referred to Ken's as there weren't many shops willing or able to complete the fiberglass repair that had a paint booth tall enough for the vehicle. They were very professional, provided clear and concise direction and updates, and were timely with their repair. Definitely recommend.

This shop is amazing! I brought in my motorhome that needed a small repair. Ken has it done in 1 day, and the cost was half that of my insurance deductible. I highly recommend this shop. Ken and his wife a very nice, and the customer service they provide is top notch.

Just bought a used rv after the fires and got a nasty gash across lower body, smashing the generator cover. Ken was great, practical. He did a quick fix, told me a DIY and didn't try to talk me into an expensive repair. That's good customer service. I will definitely go back.

I took my Newmar Class A to Ken after reviews on Yelp. Yelp didn't let me down at all, in fact Kens RV Collision is more than you could imagine. First, they are just good people with the kind of customer service you rarely find these days. Second, they are easy to work with and very accommodating. Third, their workmanship is excellent, they matched the paint perfectly and the RV looks as good as new. Last, they were on-time and no extra charges. If you choose not to take your RV to Ken's you will be making a mistake.

I needed my fifth wheel repaired after I forgot to do up the latch on the outdoor kitchen door and it came open while I was driving around a bend, rippling the door clean off. Although Ken was busy, he made time to look at it, and managed to rehang the door and secure it so it was usable again. I was so happy because it meant I didn't have time to wait days for a new door to be delivered and installed. Best of all, when he was done he and Dawn refused payment - they didn't charge me a thing despite taking time out from their other work to help me. They even helped me with a couple of other questions I had about how things worked. Thank you, Ken and Dawn!

Ken & Dawn were wonderful to work with and Ken matched the very difficult paint on our RV and fixed the area on our bumper where no one would ever know it was there. They got our RV in and out in under a week and we will be using them in the future and they get our highest recommendation.
