Tina is a unique individual, who decided to make efforts to assist me even though I was not a member of the Santa Rosa State Farm. I explained to Tina in great detail my dilemma with State Farm in my Homeowner's Insurance and Auto Insurance. It takes a special person to be empathetic, helpful, (hours dedicated to researching my problem) kind and modest in assisting this woman of seventy years old. Tina has renewed my faith in humanity and with all of my problems with State Farm she is a shining star. She is what I call a "KEEPER" and State Farm is fortunate to have her as an employee. If I could give her more than five stars, I would and also a loving hug to demonstrate my gratitude. Tina, thank you for all of your efforts in resolving my problems.

I called State Farm this morning to change auto insurance because I bought a new (used) vehicle. I spoke to Darien Gostas. He was efficient and helpful in the business we needed to transact. But, more than that, the conversation was like speaking to a friend who was nearly as excited as I was about the terrific deal I'd gotten on a 2019 Prius with less than 15,000 miles on it. It was so fun telling him about the breakdown of my old vehicle on the way home from a trip to see family, and then getting help from my granddaughter who put me up in Sacramento and then, with her boyfriend, gave me amazing help in buying the new vehicle. I normally don't mix that much pleasure with business, but it WAS pure pleasure speaking to Darien.

Kathy's office (and especially Darien) has been a calm port in a hell of a storm, as I have had to navigate car rental, dealing with the car dealership, the DMV and the Total Loss department of State Farm. Darien has made calls on my behalf when I couldn't due to work schedule. He has gotten numbers names and numbers for me as I am transferred from one department to another and back. He has even just listened to me as I expressed frustration over the whole situation. He was a GEM!I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and I LOVED my last agent in Florida. I did not think I would find as responsive an agent again, but I did! I would HIGHLY recommend this agency to anyone looking for great customer service!

I highly recommend State Farm, especially Kathy Crim. We chose her as our agent over 10 years ago and she has always gone above and beyond. She has help us with policies for 2 homes, and now auto/home bundle. She really cares about her clients and puts care and detail in ensuring that you are getting the best coverage for the best price. She is professional, quick to respond, and is happy to answer any questions. We are lucky to have found her as our agent and we contine to choose State Farm because she truly is the best! I was recently hit broadside on a brand new motorcyle I had just bought. Luckily I was not seriously injured, but the new bike of destroyed. My agent, Kathy Crim, helped me through the entire claim process. The accident was an awful experience, but the way Kathy (and the nice folks at State Farm’s claims dept) stepped me through it was a pleasure. The bike was totalled and I received full compensation. Great job Kathy, great service State Farm.
