This place was one of the only places open during the kincade fire and I NEEDED my nails filled before they broke off! I wasn't prepared for how amazing they did my nails! Absolutely beautiful! I've been coming back since.

Such a pleasant first experience. All the other nail salons within 30 miles were packed... I went out on a whim to try this salon even though the store front isn't all that glamorous. I was seated at a tub immediately, waited no longer than 5 mins for an employee to start my actual pedicure. The man took his time giving me a thorough and comfortable massage and when it came time to paint my French Tips he was honest with me and said he'd have a colleague step in as she was much better at it, and boy was she precise! Overall a wonderful experience, and definitely a hidden gem!

I went in 2 days before my birthday and this is now only a week since I have had them done. I asked for a full set and it began with a very pink nail base. Which looked awful. The nail shape was great and square like I wanted with the rounded edges. Then I was given to someone else to finish painting my nails. I asked for regular nail polish but she put on gel. This lady put such a thick coat(s) of gel nail polish that it changed the shape of the sides of my nails. I even went back the same day and asked them to file and fix my nails. After having them file the sides of my nails to make them square again they still did not look good up close. One day 2 of having my nails the gel chipped, which I have never had happen. It was from washing dishes and I am not rough on my hands. Now a week later 3 nails popped off clean from my left hand. I paid $60 for my nails. This quality is not worth it.

I got a Deluxe manicure and acrylics and a Deluxe pedicure. She even hand painted lace patterns on my nails to match my veil.

They weren't real busy had 3 available personnel. The one I made me feel somewhat rushed. I got mood gel polish with manicure. $30. Am not stoked over polishing job... As you can see in pictures the Polish does not reach edges on sides it up to cuticle.

Came in for a fill, with no gel polish like I usually get. Regular polish is always fine I never get gel. The young lady seemed like a tweaker. She files my color off, some people do it to save time so I didn't think anything of it. She was irritated the whole time, I had an appt so I didn't really understand why. The nails didn't come out well. Basic fill and it looked horrible. Ok learned my lesson. The kicker was when I was charged at the end I had to pay a higher price quoted PLUS more to "take the gel polish off" I never said I had gels, she didn't even try acetone she didn't even ask. She just found a way to sneak it in for a charge. The whole place was SHADY.

I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years and Sally is by far the most skilled nail tech I've been too. She is always pushing the bar by trying new techniques that are only seen on Pinterest. The design in the picture is simple but BEAUTIFUL. If you go see Sally she will not disappoint.

First time taking my teen with crazy eyebrows in for a wax and she did an amazing job! There is a person under those crazy caterpillars! Quick, nice, attention to detail. I'll go back!

For sure not the most glamorous nail salon but they do a fantastic job every time. I'm like never disappointed and they are always willing to fit you in. There are plenty of colors, it's not dirty and the employees are great. Everywhere else I go I'm disappointed though I wish they didn't raise their prices!

I would remove my first review, but I wanted to show an update. I walked in today without an appointment hoping they had time for a fill, and they did. There is a lady I see every time I'm here (and today I learned her name is Sally) and she had me sit right away at her station. (I also found out she is either the manager or owner.) She has always been very friendly and accommodating. She did my fill and I love how my nails turned out- especially considering she had to work with a very crappy former set I got elsewhere. Right as my service is ending she says she remembers me and my review. I honestly didn't even remember my own review! She said she wanted to take me herself and make sure I liked my service so she didn't lose me again. I was amazed she remembered me- and I'm super happy she did. This visit totally changed my opinion, and I'll definitely go back to see her- and she told me to come see Kim for a pedicure sometime, which I will do as well. Sally- thank you so much for the care you put into my nails today, and thank you for being so friendly and willing to help an old customer with a bad former review. I'll see you soon! :)
