If you're ever unlucky enough to hit a deer on Mark West Springs Road, THIS IS YOUR GUY! I called John about my truck after a Deer + Vehicle collision at 35 MPH. He was welcoming and helpful, advising me on what my options were. He finished my truck later that week ahead of schedule. He was communicative, fair, flexible, and affordable. I wish all random encounters in the auto world were as straightforward and pleasant as this was. I don't have a lot of experience in the Auto Body repair industry as it's the first time I've ever had any work like that done, but I have a lot experience in the communication and service industry and I believe I'd be hard pressed to find an equal. Thanks!

I have not personally had them do any work but I have been up close with Matts Classic Bow ties camaro and it is one of the nicest and cleanest black paint jobs I have ever seen.

I was looking for a place to recharge my A/C in my Jeep somewhere in Santa Rosa and remembered driving by John's shop and seeing a sign for A/C recharge for $99. John was able to get it done for me on a Saturday afternoon and had it blowing ice-cold air with very little wait time. The price was good and the service is great (5-star service). John is a great guy who does excellent work. I would recommend anyone needing to re-charge their A/C to get it done at John's. His shop is open Monday through Saturday and he usually has extended hours.

John makes no compromises with quality. The work he did on my 2013 Subaru is absolutely perfect, fairly priced and he warrantees his work like no one else I've ever experienced. His paint finishes are as good as new. And he is so great to work with. He really listens, is very responsive and just a super nice guy. And finally, he is very timely with his work. John is like no other auto body person.

My family and I have taken our cars to John's for years and they are awesome. I have worked in the auto-body industry for years, they are trust worthy and do great work. If you are lucky you might even get some of John's homemade honey after your repair! I highly recommend this place for your car!

My husband, for the first time ever, backed up and scraped a pole. This is our second time bringing our Volvo to John's, the results were consistent and good. He added a little bonus by buffing our headlights for the winter season, which I didn't know could be done. Also, we had the older style Volvo symbol on our SUV hatchback door, and I asked if he could order us the newer style where the letters are spaced further apart. He very nicely did that, and it looks really cool. I've been wanting to do that for a while. In the end, we got our cute little gift as a thank you and our car was well taken care of

Best auto body repairs in Sonoma co. The owner does the actual repairs so you know that the repairs were done right. John never let's the car leave the shop until je is happy with the repairs.
