I called Jetties to get a quote on a fire rebuild that I was having a difficult time finding coverage for. Jetties took the time to answer my questions and put me in contact with his associate, Aryah, who was able to secure a quote for me. Terrible experience overall. Hidden fees if you turn off auto pay. Corporate customer service doesn’t care. Canceled my policy over a 50 dollar fee that was 100 percent the company’s fault.

Amazing place! These guys know their stuff. Jet is my agent now I was with progressive before and recently switched to them. He was able to get me better coverage for less. They are always courteous and willing to help and answer any questions that I may have had. I'm happy that I switched over.

Jettus Memmer was the worst when it came to assisting us with the loss of our house in October 2017 here in Santa Rosa. When we called to let him know we lost the house, the best he could do was give us the 800 number for the claims department. He never offered to assist us in any other way or during the entire 17 months of the ordeal that he and Allstate put us through. He actually complained to me that his wife was upset with him because he had to work late a few nights during the disaster. Sorry for the inconvenience Jettus. I just changed agents the other day and now I am through with this j**** Stay away from him. He will sell you a policy and then forget about you. I'm sure I am not the only fire victim that had horrible service from Jettus Memmer. The 5 star reviews your reading here are from friends and family.

The only reason I kept my business with Jettus is because of Nancy, she is such a help. The wife caused a little misunderstanding but if it was not for nancy, I would’ve changed my agent just after buying my insurance. Thank you Nancy, the stars are for you.

Update: 4-6-19. I mentioned that Allstate in general was pretty much worthless. I have moved on from Jettus Memmer and his staff and actually found a much better Allstate agent in Santa Rosa. Seem to be very nice people. That being said, I don't want to group all Allstate agents into the same basket of trash that the Memmer Insurance Agency is in. I have been an Allstate customer for over 40 years and the lousy service and total dishonesty that the claims department that I had to deal with was unreal. The multiple adjusters did all they could to stall the payment of my claim. They lied multiple times and never once made the experience of dealing with them easy. I had to work for every penny of the policy payment we received. By the other reviews, it looks as if some people believe they are great and the customer service is great. My warning to those is, just wait until you have a claim and Jettus Memmer gives you the 800 number of the claims department and then has nothing else to do with you. Totally worthless support after the claim was filed. I'm pretty sure the 5 star reviews for Memmer insurance agency are from close friends and family, or those that have never filed a claim with his office.

Where do I begin? Whenever I have a question, or concern, literally all I have to do is pick up the phone and call Jettus. He's available 24/7 (or so it seems!!) whenever I need help. He's on the phone chatting with me to help get my situation resolved or to simply just answer a question for me if I need reassurance about my coverages. I have never been directed elsewhere, nor have been treated with less than exceptional customer service from this Allstate company. I shopped around prior to joining Allstate, but was sold by competitive prices from Allstate, but mainly sold by their commitment to me. They really do go out of their way to help. Couldn't ask for a better insurance company to work with!!
