I changed agents. You never returned my calls and you always unprofessional. Actually I never talk to you. I couldn't ever get past your assistant, I think she's your wife Since I changed agents, I couldn't be happier and I've been a client farmers insurance for close to 40 years maybe more my first agent was excellent too, but like I said, I only had you two years and I had to move onto somebody else

Jeff took over for Jim Kenkella. We have been with Farmers since the late 1980's And have not needed anybody else for our Home Insurance. We have had our cars mainly and trucks insured with Farmers. Wife was a teacher and California casualty was the teachers insurance at the time.

Jeff Lecoeuche and his staff have always been helpful and given me good advice on my personal insurance. I also appreciate that they don't pressure me to buy anything. They help me at my level and if I need something exotic they don't offer, they tell me who I can call. :)

I did not want to post publicly but requested to do so. Overall the Lecoeuche Insurance agency is fine and responsive. However, I am not pleased with the Auto insurance rates. We are paying nearly 1,000 annually to insure a vehicle valued at approx. 1,200. It is garaged and driven locally to shop only. We might drive only 3,000 miles annually. Husband had accidents 5 years ago, I believe these rates should go down. Also, we are on a fixed income and the insurance rates keep increasing without notice. I've increased our deductible to reduce our annual fee, now I am not certain how to maintain the current rates.

Jeff and his staff are always friendly and when I’ve needed them they have always been available and helpful. It was comforting knowing I had someone I could call or meet In person when questions or claims came up. The one thing I wish Farmers would adjust are the rates for new young drivers.

I've been with farmers insurance since i began driving at age 16. That's 36years of quality service and they've always been there for me when I needed them.
