Horrible experience yesterday. Hairstylist was rude. She did not understand what my son wanted a low fade. She cut his hair from his ear to the top of his head to his Temple. Shape of a triangle on both sides. We asked her if she was able to do it and she said yes. She did let us know this is a Barber's haircut understand. After the service came home and check my son hair. She went to high. Went back trying to get a refund got mad and walk out be for talking to a manager. Took my son to another place got his hair fix best as they can. The way she handled the situation she was just blaming my son. She said he ask for it high she said . That is not true. When she could have told us she wasn't comfortable doing his hair. Easy as that. No one has money to just give away. The hair stylist was rude when I asked for a refund said it's just $14. JCPenney please do better. Please don't have her working with kids .

Went with Daniela and she’s really good at what she does:)!! As i got my hair done, I looked around at the other hair stylists as well and seeing them do amazing work as well! The environment is so good. I definitely recommend coming to Jcpenney salon.

I went to a hairdresser in Sebastapol for highlights, and told her to be very careful not to turn hair red, as I was getting married. After 3 hours horrible red hair I went back 2nd day for her to fix and she made it worse! Distraught, I found JC Penny's open. They got me in and Claudia spent 6 hours to fix my hair. Such a difference in knowledge and technique. I am a permanent new Client .

My boyfriend and I went in today for a haircut. Both of our haircuts were pretty quit and came out looking really good. I didn't get the name of the lady who cut my hair, but she was super nice and did a really good job, same goes for the lady who my my boyfriends hair!

I've been going to a sweet young lady, Jeanette Lugo for some years now. She's supper experienced and always gives me exactly what I want - She's the best in town! I've also been taking my toddler to her for about a year now and she always exceeds my expectations. Jeanette is very welcoming and very passionately professional at what she does - we love her!

JCPENNEYs ,in California md, luv my stylist Nichole Morgan ,shes the best....but the newest salon manager/with the false eyelases, is very attractive, is the most un professional manager I 've seen in a salon in my whole life. Shes not friendly, shes not polite, I feel like im brothing her when I walk in (yes with an appointment)zi have spoken 2 3 other ppl who go 2 this 2 salon. They share my opinions. At first I thought it was a racial thing but AFTER chatting with others , Shes just not Customer service material, shes also very slow with ck out, not really sure why ,she been there a while.

I came in to see Avannah, our good friend at the salon after needing her help in fixing my son's hair from getting it horribly cut yesterday. His whole energy and attitude changed as soon as he saw how good his hair looked again! He got what he wanted in the end! He was so embarrassed of the haircut before that i had to do something ; I felt awful. She saved his little life at school, his confidence in himself and all of it. It was great as a mother to see how happy he was instead of being visibly and verbally disappointed with his haircut he had gotten before!

Standing up front near register, saw a few ladies see me who were in the salon. No one helped me for five minutes so I called the salon’s number and someone came to pick up the phone so I just hung up so they can help me in person.
