I took a leather binder here to have it engraved, and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and very nice, and I absolutely loved their dog who greeted me with lots of kisses and tail wags. They also did a great job on the engraving and my son was thrilled when he got it as a gift.

I needed a special order plaque to match one already on the classroom wall of the Robert Ferguson Observatory. Janet did the research, acquired the materials, and produced the perfect plaque to add to the observatory's recognition wall. She was willing to take on a project that others wouldn't consider and got it done to meet our deadline for presentation of the plaque. This lady is a horrible person. We have done business with her for YEARS and she clearly needs to retire. We had issues with her last year when we redid or stamps at work and then again just now ordering name plates. If you could hear the rude voice mail she just left me. We will never use her again.

Not good. Several emails, multiple phone calls and a lot of excuses. After several weeks, emails and phone calls still did not know who we were or what we had requested. I would go somewhere else.

We had a stamp made for our office and was done perfectly. Janet worked with us very well to make exactly what we wanted. We have been struggling to get a great stamp with our logo and finally found it! We definitely recommend this business and will use them again!

Hands down the most unprofessional establishment I have unfortunately attempted to work with. Rather than taking responsibility for misplacing my information (address, credit card info), Janet, the woman working at this establishment, placed blame on me as the customer giving me every excuse in the book including saying my phone wasn’t working which is far from the case. When calling back to attempt to get my notary info back, they wouldn’t answer my calls. Id suggest working with any other establishment. The craziest part is I went out of my way to try to support a local business and this was the most terrible customer experience I had. Then when I tried to give this feedback, immaturely, she replied that I am not a customer now. Do better and if you’re leaving a message for your customer, try not yelling at your dog during your voicemail. Everything about this interaction was terrible.

Absolute nightmare of an experience with this business. Took in a trophy for a very basic engraving in April, quoted $35 dollars and told it would be ready by the end of the week. I told the employee (Janet) thanks, no rush. A month later the work still wasn't done and when she finally called, the engravement was mostly done wrong. She had written down the incorrect scripting and then proceeded to argue at length about how it was my fault. I said no big deal as long as I could get it corrected. Fast forward to June, I've heard nothing back, it's been over two months and I finally decide to just pay for the trophy with the incorrect engraving and take it somewhere else. Janet then quotes me $50!!! dollars and proceeds to argue some more about how it hadn't been that long of a wait. $50 for two months and a useless engraving lol. I then took the trophy to D&S Awards (please go to this place instead) just down the street from this scam artist and they quote me the same $50 and have the trophy ready in ONE DAY. I suppose I don't have much recourse other than posting this review and maybe notifying the city and the BBB but please, please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

I’m so happy with the engraved sign I bought! It’s a beautiful piece on wood ! The owner was very thoughtful and encouraging on how to put it together! It’s a wedding present and couldn’t be more excited to present it the wedding couple Kudos to Jays Engraving!
