Janice is amazingly helpful. She brings samples to look through to do color and tone matching. She does a perfect job of measuring and sizing so you end up with exactly sized or she'll personally adjust it to the style you like. She's a great person with a dedication and ethic to make sure you get exactly what you want.

I met Janice last year and the things she was saying about how wonderful it is to have clothes that fit started to sink in. So I started slow and had her come measure me for a dress shirt. When the first shirt showed up, I was hooked. The styling and color were exactly as she described but the most incredible part is the experience of having a dress shirt that actually FITS!!! I have one arm that is a bit shorter than the other and my entire life I had to adjust buttons so that the sleeve wouldn't fall down too far over my hand... not with my first new shirt! Quite simply: it feels so good wearing the shirt that I have now tossed all my other dress shirts and now have 2 J Hilburns in my closet. I cannot recommend Janice and her service highly enough!

Janice is the best! I am so thankful for the day that I met her as she has made gift giving so much easier for my very fussy clothes buying husband! Her attention to detail and ability to style men is brilliant! She really cares and is in tune with what works for men, and is prompt in replying to questions and letting you know of special offers coming through! I just wish I could have my own female clothing professional just like Janice, with the quality of fabric and cuts provided by J Hilburn AND the personalized tags!

Janice is an incredible woman! She is kind, thorough, meticulous, and the top of her field. I reached out to Janice to help me custom design my wedding suit, for which I knew she would do an incredible job, but I didn't know what I was in store for. She was so prepared and knowledgable, and the entire process was fun and educational. She helped my create an incredible bespoke suit that I'm sure no one else has. The suit looked absolutely stunning. She even took the time to wash and press the suit upon arrival so that it looked amazing. Upon trying on the suit, there were a few tweaks that I wanted to make and she took the suit and professionally altered it herself! I couldn't recommend a more amazing individual than Janice. If I could give her 100 stars I would! I will never buy another suit that isn't through Janice and J Hilburn!
