We were unable to get what we paid for and were promised. They never reached out to communicate...we had to track everything down all the time, over months. They will issue a refund, but still...alot of wasted time and effort on our part.

I brought in a lamp that I thought needed repair. Michael checked it, which only needed a new plastic switch. He replaced it, tested it and sent me on my way in 5 minutes no charge! Nice guy, beautiful store with lots of interesting designs. I will be back.

Louis and Mike expended several hours attempting to find me two 52-inch ceiling fans with antique bronze hardware, a light bar attachment that would accommodate 4-65 watt led bulbs and fans that would work with a remote. They encountered many discontinued models and supply issues on multiple researches. They finally found, what they believed was a combination that was readily available, even though the price had increased almost $200, when they went to place the order were told that they were not available until January. I was given this information and was told that there were other options on the market and could pursue them through other sources. I can't thank JF Lighting and Design enough for their valiant efforts to provide me with a product that would meet my needs in a reasonable time frame. This was not to be so they assisted me in my other available options. Outstanding Customer Service and Complete Professionalism, even if they were not the vendor. I will return for my other needs and refer their Company for all Lighting Needs to all my friends. Thank you JF Lighting and Design. A 5-Star Company Rating!! Sal in Santa Rosa

Wow. Highly recommend this place for repairs. My heirloom lamp needed repairing. Bo did an excellent job. He knew exactly what need to be done and now it works like new. Reasonable price for the repair too.

I walked into JF lighting needing a fan. Louis was tremendously helpful and steered me to a fan I liked so much that I bought two of them. Our living room and master bedroom look so beautiful with the modern, quiet and gorgeous fans. We will be back for lights next!

Spoke with manager Luis in person and he seemed super helpful. I was optimistic about supporting a local business and was encouraged to research online to narrow my options. I emailed them to him for help choosing, and never got a response. I called and was told by the person who answered that he'd return my call. He did not. I called again. This time he returned my call and claimed he never received my email. I forwarded it again, and again didn't hear back. I've called twice since, leaving my number with the receptionist, and still not a peep. Four calls and two emails, and still no response or fixture...Guess they don't need my business so I'll be taking it elsewhere. And people wonder why big box stores thrive...SMH.

Update- as you can see, Luis demonstrates his lack of concern and empathy for the customer, and refuses to accept responsibility for his poor customer service. And he is the manager customers deal with if any issues arise. Horrible experience with Luis the manager at this store. He's fine to work with until something goes wrong with your order. Then he goes MIA, never calls you back, and refuses to take responsibility for his errors. We place lighting orders over $1500 and got horrible service. Our 4 Besa sconces came in with large variation in color (2 light & 2 dark). These lights looked bad on our walls due to color differences. They said there was nothing they could do about this and so I had to order 4 new lights in white in order to be confident color would come in same color with little variation. They then sat on the 2nd order for over 3 months with no progress. When I finally called to follow up, turned out they never placed the 2nd order. When 2nd order finally came in, Luis charged us $160 restocking fee even though we did not get the original lights we expected and had to wait over 3 months for acceptable replacements. Worse part of this- Luis never apologized and refused to accept any responsibility for these problems.
