They do not have a person who speaks Spanish and those who are there are poorly educated with rude people, they serve poorly. We deserve better public service since we pay taxes, they should necessarily have people who speak both Spanish and English.

I’m very pleased to have a volunteer tax filing assistance office in my City. Thanks to IRS.

The woman who I sat with at this office was extremely nice and I know none of this is her fault so, this review does not reflect on her at all. She was very kind.I have been calling for over 2 months to make an appointment because I needed to pay in person. I have literally called dozens of times and spent hours on hold and have NEVER ONCE gotten through. My back taxes are due on the 20th so, I decided to drive down the hour and half today to settle my bill. I show up and there has been $600 of interest that have accumulated in the time that I've been trying to make an appointment. Apparently, you can only pay cash if you have an appointment scheduled. How can you schedule an appointment if no one ever answers the phone?!? I drove 3 hours round trip to find this out. What. A. Scam. The kind woman who was helping me was able to squeeze me in tomorrow because luckily someone else is coming in to pay cash otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to make an appointment until after my final balance was due and would have penalty fees. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why does this branch not have it's own number that you can call directly to make an appointment? The office wasn't busy at all. Surely, someone could answer a call and schedule appointments but I guess that's too much to be expected from a government office.

I think that anyone who works at the government offices they are the rudest and worst people. If we didn't file our text they will charges or trust me theire will be live person to call you hey you didn't file your taxes. But when don't receive are money they will never answer our phone.

What is the point of having a local office if a live person is unable to answer the phone and instead you just provide the main IRS number which connects you to another automated service. I would give 0 stars but that's not an option.

If I could give this rating a zero I would. It was my first time here & it was horrible. Not one person was friendly. Infact they were extremely rude and didn’t give care about the customers at all. The secretary was out and there was a line of 6 people who had been waiting patiently already for about 20minures. When asked if someone can help or if they could help to just check us in they refused. Although they were just sitting at the desk with no customers. Even when finally getting help they had attitude about it. The people here were unfriendly and quiet frankly very rude in my opinion. I will not ever be coming back. I get that you have a job and work to get done but if there are lines of people waiting then the customers come first. If you really don’t have time then we could have at least been checked in without being yelled at. I feel that the people who work here think they are better than everyone else and their time is more important than the customers. Awful, awful, awful experience. Will never be coming back. Can not even begin to explain my outrage after this.
