Chi is absolutely amazing. I have very thick, curly hair, that I like to wear straight. …my hair is a lot of work, to say the least. I saw Chi for the first time when my hair was in a state of despair, and Chi knew exactly what to do to help me fall back in love with my hair. I love my new look and can’t help touching my hair. My husband loves it too! She is the sweetest person too. I absolutely adore having conversations with her. I will forever return to Chi for as long as she will have me. She is so wonderful and a dream come true.

11/5/2023 I called today to get an appointment for my little sister's 16th birthday, the lady on the phone answered in a very uncaring and annoyed tone. It seemed as though she did not want to be talking to me and even hung up on me while I was trying to set up an appointment as soon as I said 3pm wouldn't work, she didn't even give me a chance to set up a later appointment. Very rude and very discouraging, I do not want to take my little sister to such a rude and uncaring environment, never going there for a haircut. Even Great Clips has better service.

I just realized I was charged for the hair cut ($40) when I went to trim my hair, I even said: I don’t want anything, shampoo, dryer…, my husband was with my and also said: Uau $40! for a trimmed is expensive. But we didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to complain about their price, today I was checking their price and I saw that trimming is $20, ?♀️

I cut my own long hair off last week by parting it in the back & bringing over my shoulders. Whack! 5"" inches off. Needless to say I needed some shaping up! Saturday night I looked for hair salons open on Sundays & Instyle came up. I called at 10pm & left a message. Catherine called back & set me up for 1 pm Catherine did a great job cutting my hair. She layered it & many curls popped out. It's usually just straight. I'm very happy with the cut she gave me. I will return!

I booked an appointment with Chi. My experience was very pleasant. They gave me same day appointment for the haircut. When I went home I wanted some changes in haircut and I called next day, they gave me same day appointment to fix it according to my liking. I would highly recommend this salon.I loved the final result. Thank you Chi.

I walked in thinking I need to do something about my hair because I felt over worked and a complete mess. I was greeted and asked to wait a moment while the stylist finished her current client so I did. I get so nervous when meeting new people so I had 2nd thoughts and wanted to walk out, then the stylist called me over to sit down. I explained what I needed for my hair and she was so sweet and kind that my nervousness just went away. She spoke to me like I'm a long time friend. Mostly about her son and so I felt it best to talk about my guinea pigs. I am so glad my nerves didn't get the best of me and I stayed. It's a nice place to go and so convenient, it being near target and jamba juice!

I came in here as a walk in to get my 20 month olds hair cut and she was able to take fit us in. She worked really fast and did an amazing job with my son and his haircut came out perfect. I'm happy with the result!

I was really reluctant to write this review but after crying for 24hrs something needs to be said. Before coming into the salon I had VERY LONG hair, I could wear it like a shirt. I asked for soft layering and shaping around my face. I asked her specifically NOT to take any unnecessary length off. My hair is now to my shoulders. It’s like her arm couldn’t reach the end of my hair, so she said screw it im just gunna cut it. I don’t remember her name, but she was also aggressive with my hair, pulling and tugging, complaining the whole time, and it felt like she almost burnt my scalp with the hair dryer . It truly was an awful experience.Service: Hairstyling
