Don’t not go here!!! They employ uneducated employees. The manager Jeanette or Janelle is just as dumb as her employees. Daniel mendoza completely screwed up our taxes caused a three month delay. That was just one of three errors. We are now interviewing attorneys and will be filing a lawsuit. Save yourself the time and go anywhere else!!!

My tax pro, Star was friendly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with two quirky situations. One I was prepared for the other came as a surprise to both of us and she handled it like a champ. Very glad I went to H&R Block.

Waited on hold for 30min nobody ever picked up the phone. Either they're too busy to do your taxes or don't want to pick up the phone to do your taxes. Look somewhere else, maybe when nobody calls this place anymore they'll pick up the phone when it rings.

This place struggles during this time of year I understand that. That's why you have appointments, they gave me the wrong time for my appointment then when I got there told me. There is no way they can help me or fix the problem and made me feel that it was my fault for going to them in the first place. The icing on the cake is when Daniel at the front desk rolled his eyes at me when I just had to do the drop off.
