Pretty disappointing service when you need help - the IRS deducted my taxes due twice due to no fault on my end and now I'm left hanging by H&R even though I paid for support with any IRS issues.
So 2 things: H&R's transparency of payments to the IRS is far less than Turbotax, where I never had any issues and secondly, no support when you need it.
