“Our experience in a pet room with our dog was really good. The floor is polished concrete and the room was relatively sound proof. The free breakfast is very light but nice that it's offered. The decor is fun and there's lots of places to chill outside. Despite the 80s look we found the rooms to offer modern amenities.I will say, beware tall people. In the rooms and common spaces are various light fixtures hung such that anyone over 5'10" are probably going to hit their head.”

“The amenities here may be limited, but as far as budget hotels go, this place can't be beat. Extremely clean and although on a very busy road, the hotel itself is quiet. The staff is also very nice.”

“I have stayed here several times for business over the past few months. Each time - friendly service, clean rooms, smiling facings. Need extra coffee for the room? Just ask. Need ideas for dinner? Just ask (try Russian River Brewery!)Comfy beds, better than average pillow. The folks will continue to be my go to place in the area”

“We stayed 2 nights at the resort and I can't say enough good things about it. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, peaceful - I could go on and on. Highly recommend and we would stay again. I want to single out the Concierge Maria, who went above and beyond to set up wine tastings for us - incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I'm just sorry that we never got to meet in person.”

“A regular "staycation" spot for my girlfriend and I. The main hotel is a throwback to the early 1900's and always neat and clean. For a hotel in a busy area, it's pretty quiet . The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have, is that they now charge for parking when it used to be free with the room.”

“This is probably the nicest hotel in SR that's a reasonable price. Yes there are nicer hotels but do you want to pay upwards $200? The rooms are always clean and decently kept. They have a family suite that has 2 queen beds and a king bed in a second room adjoined to the queen room. My favorite room is the "apartment." Its a 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and 1 bath. It's huge and has a room with a king bed, second room has 2 queens and the living room has a pull out sofa. They have an outdoor pool and a laundry room. They don't offer free breakfast but there's a cafe onsite open until 11am. Overall it's a decent hotel!”

“I had an amazing experience with this hotel. Very clean, customer service was outstanding and the room was exactly what I was looking for. (comfortable beds, big tv, decent sized shower--and most of all QUIET) the best part was there was room service 'every' day. It's so nice to come back to a tightly made bed and fresh towels after a long day. They had a nice high tier selection of wines to chose from in a comfortable Bistro area.I know where I'm staying when I'm back in Santa Rosa in August!”

“Our room was clean upon arrival. In our opinion, the beds were hard and not very comfortable, but they served their purpose. The towels felt rough. Free breakfast isn't offered. There are many restaurants and attractions within driving distance.Rooms: Our room was clean upon arrival and stocked with towels and toiletries. The room had a mounted TV, small microwave, and small refrigerator. There's no free breakfast, but there is an ice machine outside near the office. Hotel offers Wi-Fi and there are basic cable channels.Nearby activities: Shopping center, coffee shops, brewery's, restaurants, museums.Walkability: Taco Bell, Mombo's Pizza, Wing Stop, Chick-fil-A, and Dutch Bros are nearby.Food & drinks: There are coffee shops, tea shops and a wide variety of places to eat nearby within driving distance.”

“For the price point offered, this is by far one of the very best values in Sonoma county. The rooms here are always very clean and offer the convenience of a kitchen with full size refrigerator, two & burner cooktop, microwave, and sink.Above all, I enjoy coming to this property because of the friendly and competent staff. They have always been available and accommodating to my needs and make this property feel more like home than a hotel.”

“I've had to stay there numerous times, I'm actually here now. my arrival in this area was met with pretty extreme circumstances and the staff here has been more than friendly helpful and and concerned. I choose this room over others every time because I always get treated with respect and genuine concern and help. that means a lot to me and the rooms are clean and there's never any problems here that I have encountered”

“Great little hotel, ideal for a short weekend stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool and poolside bar was nice to have. Breakfast in the morning was diverse for a continental breakfast. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but bathrooms are clean and well stocked”

“Great location, lovely hotel and grounds and helpful and polite staff. However I got into a situation with the wifi that was a wild goose chase with the front desk, tech support with the wifi company, back to the front desk, a technician they sent to the room who couldn't do anything, and finally the manager's office before I just gave up. With each step of the process I had to go into a long detailed explanation of everything I had already done and everyone I had already talked to, and then a long process of getting them to actually understand what I was saying and the situation. Finally I just gave up, didn't follow back up with the manager, just continued to use the slower free wifi cause it just wasn't worth it. Aside from that struggle though, I found the staff to be very polite and welcoming.”

“We only needed a place to sleep for 2 nights as we were visiting friends in Windsor. We wanted to be close to the freeway and didn't want to spend a lot. I had read the reviews of the Quality Inn and they were terrible. Rather than make a reservation, we decided to stop and check it out before reserving. We asked for specific accommodations so the very nice man at the front desk found them for us. We then asked if we could look at our room before committing and without hesitation, he gave us a key so that we could take a look. The room was very clean (my main concern) and comfortable looking. It wasn't perfect but for our purposes, it worked. Some more specific points:The price was right. The room was clean.I was told that this property changed hands in June 2023.The bed was fairly comfortable. Even the pillows were fine-they were not too heavy. There was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The fridge hummed a little too loudly and was a too cold so our drinks froze. There was a continental breakfast with do-it-yourself waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels, bread, cereal, coffee and tea. The coffee was in a thermos so it was not very hot but we could make coffee in our room so it didn't matter. The internet was intermittent.I would definitely stay here again. It's not a resort but for a reasonably priced place to sleep, it worked well for us.”
