Dominic knows cars and does his utmost to make sure the right parts are utilized. My hybrid Camry has a weird 12v battery and he tried 2 times to find the right replacement and then determined he needed one from the dealership. He kept me informed by phone throughout. A+

I took my Honda to Hotei in April 2023. Was suppose to R and R power steering fluid, differential fluid, brake fluid. NONE OF THIS WAS DONE. I found out when I took it to another repair shop that showed me the dirty fluids. Very disappointing to find out that I was charged for work that was not done. Never recommending Hotei to anyone!

Dominic inspected a used car I was interested in purchasing and was very friendly and professional during our communication.He did a thorough job and identified various bits of work the car needed and gave a rough estimate of how much it would cost to get the car to a reliable daily driver condition.Thanks for the help and advice Dominic!Side note: sorry if I spelled your name wrong!

Dominic at Hotei is a very rare, talented, considerate and honest auto mechanic. He runs a top-notch shop and is able to work on the most exotic vehicles, as well as the common classic like my old Toyota. He was friendly and patient with me as I regained composure after a slew of discouraging quotes and nay-saying shops in the area who said my van wasn't worth fixing. What a relief to learn the repair could be done for a fair price in a quick time-frame. He's helped keep my well-loved van going strong. I'm writing because he went beyond the call of duty, allowing me to wait for the repair with my dog in the comfortable waiting area where I was able to take care of business with the wifi he provided. I've been back as a trusting return customer, very happy with the way he's answered questions with great knowledge in terms I can understand. It's good to know an honest mechanic who treats his customers with dignity, when I'm used to being treated like an idiot and wondering what's wrong with me.

Dominic is very knowledgeable on Honda mechanical issues and in general car mechanics. He will give you a second opinion on your car issues and will even recommend other local small businesses if you ask for them as he has for me given me a Honda auto body repair shop, a tire/wheels mechanic. I encourage you to support his small business. We need more honest, patient mechanics like him!! Thank you, Dominic, keep up the great work!!

Dominic did a wonderful job. I only needed a simple service done (oil change and tire rotation). He charged very fairly and I felt confident in leaving my car in his hands (which I trust no one with cause it is my prized possession). I will be back for him for any work on the car that warranty does not cover. If anyone has a Honda or an Acura, I would definitely recommend giving Hotei Motors a chance. I am content, my car is all taken care of, and he did a great job.
