The brake on one wheel of my truck engaged while driving down Piner Road so I pulled into the first mechanic I could find, High Tech Auto Services. I asked Francisco if he could fix brakes and he confirmed that he could. I asked where I could put my truck and he said that I would have to bring it back the next day. I explained that I was broken down in his lot and couldn't take it. He was oddly combative about it. He told me that homeless people will come and take it if I leave it there. I told him that they'd have to fix it to do so, so I hoped that they would. In the end I had to get it towed from this shop to another one because he wouldn't allow me to leave it among the other six cars that were there. It's really weird and expensive to have to pay to get your vehicle towed to somebody else's shop because he wants the job but won't let you leave it with the other ones he's got waiting. You weren't there when I needed you. I won't be back.

Took my vehicle for a brake and lamp inspection and was failed for things I should not have been. He didn’t even complete the inspection which he was paid to do. I then Took it to another shop and passed, this shop will scam you if they can. Stay clear. If you need a brake and lamp inspection go to Tri- star automotive instead.

I recently got a vehicle transferred to me and had to get a smog check. Francisco came through like a super hero. He is very friendly and straight to the point. He personally answers his phone every time, had great pricing, and was able to get me in and out during my lunch break for my 2014 Hyundai Sonata smog check after speaking to him in the morning about coming in. When I went to AAA to register the vehicle, they already had the smog check from Francisco in the system making my life 100xs easier. I highly recommend Francisco and High Tech Auto Services!

I have been going to High Tech Auto Services now for the past 10 + years now on a consistent basis. I have known Francisco personally for a while now, to where I trust him and his services he offers. Francisco has been providing us with excellent prices with awesome service. If you're looking for an honest mechanic who knows and understands both American and Foreign cars, then I would highly recommend you try High Tech Auto Services. You won't be sorry! Recently I had Francisco replace all (4) of my brakes and rotors on my 2011 Nissan Sentra and 2013 Nissan Quest. Francisco also did the oil and filter changes on both vehicles as well. The price that Francisco quoted was far more than reasonable than anyone else (especially the dealer). Francisco completed the work on-time and as promised with no deviating from the price. Just moved to Santa Rosa and came in for a smog check. He was fantastic! Straightforward and quick! He was very respectful, honest and took good care of our cars! My husband and I highly recommend him!!
