“Excellent customer service. I ordered over the phone and staff was so professional and kind. I was able to send someone and they even have curbside assistance! Thank you!!”
“I have the long tachyonized wristbands and many kids at daycare have come to ask me what they are and what they do. They seem very curious! I wear them all the time and I feel very confident with them. In the first two weeks, it healed a tendinitis in my wrist that never came back. Thank you so much! Love and Peace to you!”

1450 Guerneville Rd Suite B, Santa Rosa“Staff always welcomes me when I walk in. I wasn't sure how it all worked when i walked in (like if i could only shop if I was receiving WIC benefit's but, quickly learned that was not the case, anyone can shop at Prime time stores) staff right away explained how to shop in the store. they have always been very friendly (specially Michelle)”
“Lots and lots of different supplements to choose from. I went for a vanilla protein powder for shakes. It tastes pretty good for protein shake. There was a big sale going on where lots of items where buy one get one. There is also a frequent buyer program to recieve extra benefits and cost savings.”
“Yeah it’s expensive. But you cannot beat the quality. The fish mongers are awesome, asking if I would like them to clean a whole fish…yeah! Can I get ice for the seafood? Yes!
The beer garden is the place to buy something to eat from within the store and then check out all of the many selections of beer and cider. Whoever is on duty at the beer garden usually has their own play list of music. Awesome.”
“The Whole Foods in Santa Rosa, located in Coddingtown Mall, is currently closed due to a fire that broke out on the roof. The fire, which started around 12:30 p.m. on a Thursday, originated from a large HVAC unit. Thankfully, everyone in the store was evacuated safely, and no injuries were reported. However, the fire caused significant damage to the building, with an estimated $250,000 in repairs needed. The store is expected to remain closed for several days while repairs are made.”
“I like that it's a rather small store compared to their other one in Santa Rosa. It feels less hectic. Really great staff and a good variety of products. The checkout areas can be a bit crowded, but that's to be expected at busy times. The parking is a bit tight, it's best to park on the side if you are able.”
“More than a grocery store, a community space too! The people here are always friendly and helpful, if they don’t have something in stock you want they will try to order it. I asked them to get an item a few years ago and now I can get it regularly there! Support your local independent grocery!”
