I received a competitive tire quote for my Outback. After getting a couple other bids, Hansel Subaru was best. I called to schedule tire replacement and was happily surprised I could get in that afternoon. The work was done with care and professionalism. Thank you Ivan!

They called me every day to purchase a vehicle. After I bought the vehicle, I tried to exchange it and they did not want to help me. I do not recommend this dealer.

My friend had a great buying experience! Test drives are easy and you can negotiate within reason. One salesmen seems to be higher pressures than the others, so feel free to switch if you don't like the vibe.

Service appointment: Hilary was knowledgeable and made scheduling my appointment a breeze. When I arrived at the service center, I didn’t have to wait long. Joseph was very personable and fun to talk to. He gave me the info I needed, hooked me up with the complimentary shuttle service so I could get to work, and pointed me in the direction of the coffee dispenser. Linda got me to work on time, and Glen picked me up when my shift was over. They were both kind and used the time of the drive to get to know me a little bit. I’m pleased with the quality of service I received and will be returning to this location for my vehicle's next service appointment.

There aren't too many times you come away thinking " I hope that company knows what a treasure they have in Edgar Marroquin. Edgar Marroquin went beyond the call of duty. This gentleman left no stone unturned. He navigated me with 2 grandchildren in tow through the process of buying a new car with humor, popcorn, patience and professionalism.

My car blew a fuse and that part took over a month to get. That is a little extreme, I think. It has nothing to do with the dealership or their service, but Subaru in general.

Unbeatable persistence to solve our issue.
Our 2018 Outback had an issue with the radio and after it was replaced, our battery would consistently drain. The service department went to great lengths to identify the problem. Tahn and his team of Gary, Jorge and Andrew, an engineer that flew in to assist, worked tirelessly to identify the phantom draw.
Their number one concern was our safety. Tahn refused to let the car depart the shop until he was certain the battery wouldn't drain, leaving us stranded somewhere.
While some would consider not have your vehicle for an extended period of time frustrating, the truth is Subaru and the Service Department at Hansel, really strive to uphold it's core value of "Safety". That is something that my wife and I found to be comforting. They valued our family, even though they never met them.
We are grateful for their support and service to ensure we remained safe and secure. Our Outback is running great, the phantom draw is gone and the radio sounds amazing. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the Service Department team at Hansel Subaru.

This was the best buying experience ever! The sales team and management was knowledgeable, friendly and honest without any pushiness and made the whole process smooth and stress free. The finance guy was great and offered me some valuable items and his presentation was complete and easy to follow. The delivery process was thorough and not hurried - they truly cared about me knowing how to properly operate everything. I highly recommend Hansel Subaru to anyone looking at buying a new or used vehicle! GG

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
First, my younger brother bought a Crosstrek in January... His experience was also great... I drove his car to test it out and feel it and then I was sold and knew I had to go get one ASAP. Found the right one for me, looked for Adam (greatest guy btw) and we reserved the vehicle I wanted! The vehicle got to the dealer earlier than expected (It was a nice surprise). Went back, signed all the paperwork and signed my deal... and BOOM! It all felt so quick! Adam was beyond helpful! We will definitely be coming back (soon perhaps, if our family decides to trade one of our vehicles). Shoutout to Adam for helping me get my dream car (2024 Crossttrek Wilderness). Here's our two cars together!

I had developed interest in Subaru a while ago. Subarus’ image in the media is less aggressive than others ; less hype is good. But this would never have occured w/out the ongoing, friendly, helpful efforts of Alina @Hansel Subaru from start to finish. What an asset she is to your business. The Crosstrek Sport drives wonderfully. Direct, responsive handling, very solid road feel , plenty of go-power, stops quickly and surely ; Interior is comfy too. Subaru is known for safety, but I’m not sure that addressing the display w/one eye and keeping the other on the road makes for safety ; big NOT on that.The lane departure signal is annoying too IMO, hopefully I’ll find out how to override it. Last but not least, the Subaru professional ethic rises well above the pack. I love my new Subaru.

I took my Subaru Impreza in for a scheduled check-up. I was expected, treated politely, made comfortable in the waiting area. The check-up was brief and uncomplicated, and the technicians communicated clearly what they had done to/with my vehicle.
My consistent experience at Subaru is that it's run by grown-ups who like their work. That really shows in the level of service provided, and it makes it a pleasure to go into the shop.

We purchased our Subaru in January of this year and we’re extremely impressed with the service and care and professionalism of Adam our sales man. Everyone seems very happy that works there which is a sign. They love what they do. We ended up having An issue with the DMV registration that was very Frustrating and annoying, but Adam persisted with settling it for us when dealing with the Dmv is no easy task. Highly recommend using Hansel Subaru and the quality of the vehicles is unmatched!!
