I have a 2019 Ford F-150 I bought new from Hansel Ford. I bought it with an aftermarket extended warranty Hansel sold me. Initially a rodent chewed on my wiring harness and I had Novato Ford repair the wiring harness. When I went to pick up my truck from Novato Ford the check engine light was on after the new harness was installed. I told Novato Ford I did not want to take my truck home with a check engine light. They stated the light may be due to an aftermarket radio I had installed, and to reinstall the factory radio and bring it back and they would look at it again. Just so everyone knows a radio has. I thing to do with a check engine light. I then took my truck back to Hansel as that's where I bought it and they got the check engine light off. I drove the truck for a little bit and then I got a notification from my trucks hot spot that the check engine light was on and it was sending a code saying it was misfiring on the 6th cylinder, yet the actual check engine light in my truck never turned on. I took my truck back to a Hansel and was told that I had a bad motor with low compression on the 5th and 6th cylinder. AFTER 4.5 MONTHS! They finally got a motor. I picked up my truck drove literally a block and the check engine light went off and the motor smokes out the exhaust. it has since been back in the shop an additional 4 times for the check engine light and the motor still smoking. it has now been almost 6months and I still do not have my truck back. I have fought with Ford Corparate, I am in talks with my lawyer Brendan Bowers. I was not given a loaner, they would not buy the truck back, I have had marginal at best support. I would not recommend Ford to anyone at this point. To date Ford Corp. experience Has been a joke. I am hoping 7 on you side will run my story. Don't buy a Ford they have a huge back order issue on parts and a lot of recalls with sub par customer service.

Do not take your vehicle to Hansel Ford for service. I have had so many issues with them scheduling service for my vehicle to tell me that they don't have enough mechanics available to actually do the work it is ridiculous. I recently purchased a new F-250 from them and had to bring it in with less than 2000miles because the wheel bearing was installed at the factory wrong and was told that they only had time to diagnose the problem for the appointment I made two weeks ago not actually fix it. Henry Ford would roll over in his grave if he knew what was going on at Ford these days.

They quoted me $2000 dollars for rear tail lights, got them online for $475 delivered to my home.

Just the worst. Went to look at a pre-owned car and it didn't even start. Even called ahead to let them know that I was coming from more than an hour away. It's not like this was a surprise visit either. There were multiple emails and a phone call in advance to ask, "Are there any problems with this vehicle?" Of course, they assured me the vehicle was great. It wouldn't even run, and appeared to have more issues than just a dead battery.We waited for them to get it running, and then once they did, we saw that the car (an EV) had less than half the driving range that it should have on a full charge. So, clearly there was something wrong with the EV batteries as well, but the salesmen tried to explain it away while googling info on his phone and plainly making shit up altogether. The salesmen - two of them - knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle or even EV's in general. When the car was turned off, they couldn't get it running again, and then ACTUALLY asked, "Aside from that, do you like the car?" You mean, aside from the fact that the car doesn't go, do we like it as a lawn ornament?!?I would have been embarrassed for them if I wasn't so annoyed with them for wasting my time and gas. What a joke of a car dealership.

Recently, good service has been hard to find. AND then, I brought my car into Lincoln service and Rob took care of me with and my car with top notch service. Not only was I greeted by him in a manner that actually made me feel that he enjoyed his job, but they got the job done, ahead of time with great communication. So vary grateful.

Shoot out to Angel for being an amazing sales consultant and just awesome dude! Me and my girlfriend came to Hansel Ford to test drive new Bronco Sport. Angel showed us all the trims they have in stock, and explained the in and outs of each vehicles. We were able to test drive all the engine combos and sit checkout the interior of every trim Ford offers. Angel really made the whole experience seamless for us.If you go to Hansel Ford, definitely recommend working with Angel!
