We took our car into Hansel Collision Center after the back panel was hit while parked. The Collision Center kept our car for over 6 weeks (past the point where insurance was covering our rental) before finishing repairs on the back. We picked our car up yesterday and the battery on the car is dead today and won’t start (an issue that Hansel Subaru had fixed two months ago). We live in the country and I am 37 weeks pregnant and missing doctor’s appointments due to how inept Hansel is. When we called, we were informed we’d have to figure out how to get the car there for them to fix. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MESS!

I took my vehicle in after being rear ended. They had it for 6 weeks for "repairs". We live several hours away and when we picked it up, only some things were "fixed". While others area's were not as well as finding out they broke more things on top of it. Spoke with Lori about this and all that was said is that it wasn't their fault, go figure. I am flabbergasted about the treatment. Now I have to wait again for my vehicle again for certain repairs needing parts. What is this company even for. We got the car off the lot in March with 39 miles on it and rear ended in June. Got it back right before August and now it's back getting partially corrected. While finding out that they left scratches down the side of my hood as well as breaking the antenna, completely not repairing the interior back door issues and the cosmetic repairs on the back outside. I thought this was a legitimate company. It's bad enough I'm dealing with a broken back from the rear ending and all the issues accompanying the situation. They did a fine job. The car is perfect. They also handled insurance discussion when their costs were higher vs what was approved.

This place may take a while to get the repairs done but they are good people and care more about getting the job done right. I was so frustrated with my entire accident and insurance experience, Hansel handled me and my stress very well. I took my bmw to Hansel for repairs to my bumper. The paint job they did was horrendous. It has the worst orange peeling I’ve ever seen, bubbling in the paint, dust in the clear coat and and a bump underneath the paint job. It looks like air under the paint but when you push on it it’s hard. I called and spoke with Lorie and she told me that they would have to look at it to see if it was “their fault”. So I am bringing my car back on Tuesday. 5 hour drive there and back. I really hope they make this right!Services: Painting

If I could give fewer stars, I would. My car was hit by an uninsured motorist and I decided to take it to a certified Honda Collision Center. The Center continuously delayed the process with little to no explanation. I understand delays happen, but communication helps! I was repeatedly given a deadline that was missed time and time again. They ended up having my car OVER A MONTH, which I've never experienced. The last time they missed the delivery time, I was told it was because they have to wash the car. I offered to take it unwashed and was told they can't do that. Even after missing 10+ deadlines. The lack of communication and consideration for a customer's experience was appealing. I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket for OVER A MONTH because it was an uninsured driver (which I told them in the beginning) and they still had no sense of urgency.

George! My man! george was a lifesaver today as me and my friend were in a huge predicament. He helped my friend and I jump start her car while he was on lunch! He was right next to us as her car died and went out of his way to help us. He was such a gentleman about it and so nice. He is also very cute ;) definitely recommend this place!

My car literally died in the parking lot waiting to pick my friend up who was bringing their car in to the collision center. I didn't have cables and an employee, George, on his lunch break hopped out his car to help me. He was so nice and helpful. He was so polite and took his time as I was freaking out about my car. This man deserves a raise!!!

During a time when getting anything done in Bay Area is challenging this team rocks. I had a passenger mirror on my Passat that was damaged and needed to be replaced. Steve provided a temporary mirror while we waited for the new part to arrive. On the day of installation it was done quickly and looks like new. Every step of this process was easy from dealing with Steve, Jorge and the installers. I highly recommend this collision center where workmanship and customer service is their top priority.
