I recently took my car to BMW Hansel in Santa Rosa for a routine service, but what happened afterward was shocking and completely unacceptable. After my visit, I discovered that one of their employees had taken pictures of all my credit cards, which were in my bag that I had left in the car while it was being serviced. Later that day, I found out that this same employee was trying to send money to himself via Cash App using my credit card information.
This kind of behavior is not only unfortunate but absolutely intolerable. When I brought this issue to the attention of Ken, the manager from the service department, I was appalled by his response. He mentioned that he didn’t owe me anything and that the $100 he offered was just to help me out. I found this to be an insult, especially considering the significant inconvenience I faced. Due to the security breach, I had to cancel all my cards and request new ones.
BMW Hansel needs to take a serious look at their staff and the way they handle customer issues. This experience has completely shattered my trust in their service.

Wife is having trouble getting in and out of 850mi vehicle we leased from Hansel BMW. It is costing me a little bit of money, as it should but I have been able to work out a reasonable deal to buy it out and get a more elevated SUV. We are very thankful of their help and understanding.

Wasted 4 hours of my life on absolutely worthless trip coming there to look at the car with damaged interior that was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. I spoke to your rep twice insuring that no problem with exterior/interior since we are coming from far away. The car was not even cleaned inside with the dog hair all other! These guys are NOT typical BMW dealer with high standard! We do not work with dishonest dealers who do not respect our time!

Extremely unprofessional sales team, family put down a deposit to hold a car while agreed upon pre purchase maintenance was performed. The dealership sold the car from under us despite putting money down.

I would not recommend coming here for any recall work or any work to be honest. I brought my car in for a blower motor wiring recall after I went through 2 blower motors I finally checked into what's going on with the car and realized there was a recall to replace wiring and the regulator on the blower motor. These idiots replaced the wiring but did not replace the regulator. So I called there so called manager and he's as dumb as his employees and is telling me he only needed to change the wiring. I've talked to 3 different BMW dealers and they all told me that they are required to change the regulator if it is not working properly which in my case the blower motor wasnt and is still not working because of these guys they do the very minimal and take advantage of girls it seems like they told my girlfriend it would cost her to diagnose the car from what I confirmed with 3 different BMW shops the blower motor was going out from bad wiring. So they want her to pay for the diagnosis when they're wiring was what was causing the issue?

I am completely annoyed this is the nearest BMW dealership! By far the worst experience! 2020 M4CS owner here, I didn't purchase the car at Hansel BMW and advise people never to do so! How much longer do we have to deal with this subpar dealership???

I had my wife drop off the i3 for tires and computer programming at 10am. I was under the impression that the Collision and Pedestrian warning lights would be fixed. Service dept programed vehicle to "lastest i -level, and state that there are no recurring faults (I guess a warning light is not a "fault"). Hansel advises that, additional, oil, oil filter, gasket ring, and microfilter also need attention. I arrive after 4pm to pick up the car and am told that the car is not ready and would not be ready until tomorrow (this leads to a separate issue that I won't address here). When I finally got the car, the Collision and Pedestrian warning lights were not fixed - both reflect, 'consult service tech.' Perhaps the Collision is a subscription that expired, but nothing was said about it. The Pedestrian warning light - which is as obvious as any warning light should be on a dashboard, was not addressed by the tech or simply ignored. Total paid $1,576. When I called to ask about the warning lights, I was told to bring the car back so that Hansel could run a check - and yes, I would be charged again, for something that should have been addressed and fixed when they performed the first vehicle check. Very frustrated with the diminished quality of service.

They ( Jason and techs) really took care of me on the service side. Maybe a slight cost for real dealership support but my i3 electric was taken care of properly and fast
